      I rejected your response this is of yesterday. Quality control area test was already completed that I paid out of pocket I just want you to know that on yesterday your manager slammed my arm in the door while I was bringing her back the paper she placed on my door from the conversation that she stated we had that we did not have for is that going on then she gave me a violation today so thank you for continuing for harass me I appreciate everything that you guys are doing never fixing a problem for make everybody seem like they're crazy when we come over here at the company is overwhelmed and can I have another process of outside people like myself welcome to the Big world. Because you have me and my kids suffering with harassment threats and continue on slithering me and trying to make me out of everything for who I am

      A smarty funny that you will not let me add pictures on here and I don't need that a police report has been made about the harassments that you guys have been doing I will see you further justice and put this also in my claim. Quality control has already been out and I have already paid for it outside of my pocket in at this moment you guys never ever thought about doing this for me. I am big since last year sent many many emails that have never been responding to even called the numbers that you all had on the email that was in response so I got the real number even had to reach out to ******** to get to you guys but it's okay. The manager there is very disrespectful and there's more than enough proof to prove it I'll show it and you know it and in your violate me at the violation thank you for all your violations it's very unsuiting and very unwelcoming and it's also threatening and is also I'm trying to put me into fear to make me feel like the more that you continue to violate me that nothing is going to happen for your room for violations

      And forever this is that is responding saying that the work orders was complete we ready to you with such bravery for you to even sit up there and say that you would be surprised with more letters that you guys are going to get because this is not over with you're not going to violate me and try to put me out of my comfort zone I am on housing that means that you look at me as very undefeated ******* has been very conceited very narcissist and out of control she even have her children living next door to me and I say what I said she has a son driving a car there I complain about the Weeds now there she stated that it wasn't she called two of my neighbors who address the situation of course they live outside for me and stated that they did not smell anything but they also came and talked to me and told me what she said so I hope she don't want her own with that information as well in court enough is enough the retaliation it's going to be on beyond after she slammed my almond and door yesterday I'm beyond frustrated and nothing has happened when she lies to the police and said that she could not access those cameras if that would have been her and I would have did that for her guess what I would have been in jail but I'm glad that she feels particular right now and I'm glad that she assaults me and I'm glad I was able to call the police and put that into notation so guess I'm asking at this very moment that she does not have any more contact with me do not come to my home for no reason and I have every right to say that.

      More Yes I am refusing and rejecting this bull corn the reason why I can say that and yes I hope that they do show this in court it's because ever since housing has came out they have not completed anything I have updated more pictures of the same old that is still there and still growing I spoke with the manager who's over Ms ******* and also told her that not to mention **************** call me on Monday after I already did the diagnosis for the air quality control tested into my caseworker which was given on August ****** which is housing and also sent it to *****************; which I cc  her in  the email  plus gave them my doctor's note to show that there's beyond mode this apartment. Now come August 13th and not to mention that I have requested this on several different occasions and I also have reports when I even offered a gentleman to come back there who was doing free inspections to even try to deescalate the situation before I even filed the court date before I went to the house before I even started doing everything and complaining when I was just complaining to you guys but no not a mole test done not a scrape up the wall not even the spray that even kill it not even redo the whole building to get it done so that's fine too let alone last night as of Monday which was August 13th to call me at 4:15 as I'm picking up my daughter to ask me will they be able to come to my home on Tuesday which she already know that I work the maintenance man already spread FG 40 on my dog and lied and said that our customer which I have been on videos too that'll play out. When I told her that she stated that she will call me back as I pull up her car was not here but of course I seen her when she did making it to the office cuz I was sending my car again I didn't pay her any attention but she attempted to walk to my home with a new lady that works in the office with her so she can have another person to say that I'm harassing her or doing whatever it's necessary and again that's not to mention when I say discrimination I can use my prove it and stand my ground on it. as she proceeded to walk towards my door I got out of my car and asked her can I help her with something what is the paper she put in on my door she said oh wait it's in front of conversation that we had earlier I said we never had a conversation I told you what I already had done and that I won't be allowing that to happen there's a litigation that's going on and I prefer to see you guys in court whatever y'all didn't take care of and whatever you didn't fix I prefer that at this time we do not have any contact unless it's about my rent if it's about anything else and housing ever since you anything I prefer you not the leaders on my door but you can have this pack just say I'm not taking anything back as I try to reach it to her when she didn't want to take it back I proceeded to walk to the office just like she did and she proceeded to get in front of me I allow her to get in front of me by my daughter was screaming my no don't go behind her before she say you did or something so I said don't worry about it daughter I'm not going to do anything it's other witnesses was outside as well not to mention when the other lady that was with her get in front of her and latisse open the door to let her in I went in behind her she turn around as I drop the paper in the office door grabe the door handle of the office door and slammed my arm and shoulder into it . So of course I called the police at that time because my reaction was just to turn around and just react but then I had to make common sense of what she's trying to get me to do I repeated this and I'll say it again this is not her first time doing it and this is not her last time but not. But not to mention thank you guys for allowing her to put another lease violation on my door which was sure for the more in the courthouse and the housing that not only is the discriminating but not only is it retaliation not only am I being harassed but I have asked on many occasions to stop her from getting in my face trying to fight me calling me out my name and now she has slammed the door hit me thank you

      Well how about they just had a shooting here tonight and my building and several other buildings are also shot up including two cars. How about you stop responding to what do you have fixed again has nothing been fixed and the paperwork has been given to you and you all know it I'm frustrated the gates are open I called end up in the other message tonight because we **** neared not to mention that I have some stuff that has been damaged due to the non-consistency of his apartment complex this apartment complex can care less about who they serve and what they stand for their integrity doesn't mean anything that didn't get this company is a s******* that's not to mention since we are responding back and forth I won't you have taken care of make sure the lives of all residents including your new tenants which is your family members for taking care of as well the bullying went from out of my home and into her home 95 her baby. Only thing is probably care about is getting money but I shall see you I shall see you and I will have the last two I am off this and I'm done for dealing with the baby board through this I realize that you guys are not on the better Business bureau and that is for this day this is an app that has been created by this company so you can only respond there is no real company under the actual better than his people who missed it in this thing I have found it out but guess what that's okay take care of your residence and stop faking the phone cuz if things are being taken care misplaces belong to the dogs the property people before they're cared about the residents. Only thing you care about is being a slum property owner property manager. You sure have this recording your office phone number from cellar residence back here not only we are in fear for our life we are living in a HELL  WHOLE.

      I lived in Flats at ********** in Unit D301, I moved out on 01/31/2024 I have spoke to the regional director for Wilhoit Properties ********************* who has over promised that this situation would be handled, it is now 07/31/2024 with continuous bills from Minol, emails Minol has sent me and CCd ********************* stating they arent allowed to deactivate the account only the property (Wilhoit) I am up to $500 with no one contacting me with an update, this is my last attempt to receive solution before I take legal action, I need the Minol account to reflect that that I moved out on 01/31/2024 and that the bill adjusted to show what I would have owed at the time.

      My apologies, it appears that there was a breakdown in communication between Minol and the onsite staff since some management turnover occurred. I have researched your account and personally reached out to ***** to clear up this discrepancy. Minol bills again on August 25, 2024. I was promised the adjustments will appear prior to this date. 

      I will continue to follow up on this until it is resolved. Again, we apologize for the oversite.

      On July 7 2024 and July 29 2024.My 2014 Dodger Charger was pull by Superior Automotive Towing LLC on 3747 Homewood. I reported to Shelby County Sheriff. Sheriff came to my home.He stated **** called!! Towing Company to pick up my car. My husband and I spoke with her ,she said. She didn't call them @all.My car was not in a violation at all. We never received anything saying that we couldn't put clear tape on our parking's permit at all we never signed any documents we never received any documents.. it is not in our lease addendums. We have video of tenants who have clear tape on their parking permit. People have vehicles over here with no tags each day my car was pull. Which all are her family!!On July 29th again another Monday morning at 7:18 a.m. The towing company tow my car again. My car was in front of the office. I asked **** to run the cameras back she told me she couldn't. She stated she had no idea again who tow my car. Call Shelby ************* they said she called again. I am being discriminated against.I am being harassed.I tried to get in touch with the company. **** told me they call her and told her everything I said which is a conflict of interest. I have no problem with corporate but I have a problem with ****. She is fauding documents.On July the 7th the first time she didn't mention anything to me about any paperwork about not having clear tape. I inform the owner of the towing company we didn't have anything signed or written in an agreement. So they decided to tow my car again and **** gave July 29. I never got warning neither a letter before July 7th or after. They tow my vehicle against July 29th. I've paid almost ****** to get my vehicle back. Towing company used a master key when into my vehicle.************** came out and check my car at the towing company. Police officer said towing company is using the old permit which do sweat.       In speaking with the towing company, the manager did not call for towing. They have a contract that allows the towing company to monitor vehicles that are not compliant. The attached documents explain the parking pass rules as well as the vehicle pass information. The property also has a towing sign. In the case in which the vehicles were towed it was determined that the same sticker was being moved from vehicle to vehicle. This was noted by the towing company. In addition, the stickers when moved were not placed in the correct spot on the vehicle, taped was used to transfer the vehicle sticker from one vehicle to another. In order for the tow company to tow, they have to monitor for a period of time, take photos and prove this was a violation.

And I never get a call back. Its been over 6months and I just want to know if I can get some help.

      This is a very unprofessional business. I applied for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment At **********************************************. I had a terrible experience. After being on the waitlist since 11/2023 and not getting a call until 06/2024 my time was severely wasted. *********************** (property manager) called me and told me the qualifications and income limit of 50k. I apply next day and had to take the morning off work. ****** tells me Im approved after background check and just to submit employment verification where she once again said income limit was 50k. ****** lied to me and gave false hope. She called me and tells me Im overqualified and says the income limit is 44k which was not mentioned ahead of time before I even applied she told me I qualified. I only applied because Im aware of my income and knew I would qualify. I would like to also be refunded app fee along with security deposit for them giving out misinformation and false hope and wasting my time as I had to go to apartments on 3 separate occasions bringing them needed information. I believe they miscalculated my income. When I called corporate I got a lack luster explanation. I asked her how are they calculating income and she did not have an answer. She said someone would call me back, which they never did. They are scamming people and taking money and wont give explanation for being denied. Corporate nor the property manager ever apologized for telling me wrong information and simply said oh well. I want to be reimbursed for app fees and gas for travel for going out my way and to be reimbursed for having to take off work. I am owed a huge apology as this has caused severe stress.

       ************************* operates under *** Tax Code Section 42. In saying that our community operates under these guidelines as detailed in the *** Compliance Manual and HUD Handbook ******. In accordance with these policies all applicants(s) must adhere to the certification of income and assets, of the *** Section 42. -Low-Income Housing Credit Manual.

      ****************** applied for an apartment at ************************* on June 27, 2024. ****************** was told on July 10,2024, that she was overqualified for the apartment. All income requirements are posted on the wall in the office at ************************* per the required guidelines.(photos attached) ****************** understated her income on her application (attached) Based on the initial conversation with ****** and the income ***************** disclosed on her application, ****************** would have pre- qualified. However,applicants are never told they are approved or denied until the file is submitted to a compliance department. At which time it was discovered that the income was understated. Paystubs submitted by ****************** are attached. It clearly shows ****************** understated her income. A refund has been submitted for processing in the amount of $200, which is what is owed to ****************** (attached)

      I am rejecting this response because: the company is very unprofessional. I dont like how they are trying to post pictures now to cover their ****. I do not ever recall pictures being posted of income limits. Regardless, you should not tell me one thing after the income was verified and the employees that work for you say another. This is bad business and I dont know any other company that operates like this. Ms. ****** is very unprofessional and rude and they let anyone without work experience work there. I still have not received a thorough breakdown of how the income was calculated. If I dont receive better information I will proceed further with further legal action.

      I went into the leasing office to inquire about my carpet cleaning and my stove vent. I put in a work order almost 6months ago. No one could tell me anything because the manager was on leave. The new assistant manager took my information and pretty much told me there was nothing he could do. I said man this is really crazy and some BS, I said BS not the actual curse words. I then I started to talk to ******* about a shooting that was about to happen on the apartment complex. Then the assistant manager got up and told him to stop talking to me and started yelling GET OUT! YOU ARE BEING DISRESPECTFUL! He then started to to walk towards me in a threatening manner but, when I took out my phone he backed up and then started to say I was loud andI needed to get out. I left out because I felt he was threatening me. I have never had this type of interaction in my life. ******* to the office and we are a commnunity that cares for each other and i also witness him being mean to an elderly lady earlier this week. He is the video, I live at ************* ************************************************** The property management is Wilhoit Properties and they do not answer calls at all.

      Water has been coming into my house for years...With each year getting worse and worse. Issue has never been fixed. Mold has accumulated in house. My child has develiped respiratory issues due to this. They used to come **** water up from carpet but that stopped years ago.       Hello my name is *********************.and I been trying to reach to ya'll and I did sumit couples of complains to the manager office and she said she couldn't do nothing.there's been an issue I report someone that I saw doing drugs and since then my car it's been vandalized I even put cameras and they hacked them, I had to return the cameras and I already reported to the police I report that apt C307 are being making a lot of noise at night and she keeps saying that nobody lives there.and I was telling her that some body was there and she said that it was the maintenance.and I told her that it was ***************** at night that how the maintenance were going be working at that hours.and she like yeah they work late.and I'm like really that late 2,3,4 in the morning there working at that time and she just didn't say or do anything. I would like to know how can ya'll help it looks like I was the bad person report in what it was wrong.please I really do need your help my car it been vandalized bad and they park the cars in a way that sometimes you can't even open the doors but when it's there cars they make sure to have enough space to not to hit them, but they are doing alot of damage to my car.and I know who are they.pleas I really really need your help.thank you.*****

      We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. We have looked into your issues and want to update you on the findings. We have not received reports of any drug activity. We would like to ask that if you see criminal activity of any sort that you report it to the police. This would be the same for any vandalism to your vehicle, officers are equipped to handle any crime reports, and our manager is not. It sounds as if you are stating that other residents are parking too close to your vehicle in the parking lot. If they are within the lines on the pavement, we cannot make them move to simply allow more room. Perhaps we are missing the details, feel free to add to this if needed. If they are parking where they should not, or outside the lines, please notify the manager. If you have the police report, as mentioned, we ask that you provide a copy to management so we have details that *** better help us identify specifics of this event. Since your report we have checked C307 multiple times, at different times and the unit has not been altered in anyway, there is no evidence of anyone being in it, and it is always secure. We would ask again that if you are aware of suspicious behavior in the middle of the night that you contact the police. Our maintenance is required to respond to urgent calls while on call, so there will be times they are at the property at all hours of the night. That is a service we provide to you as residents of this community. Employees are required to report their time and at this time we do not have any time tracking that is outside of what would be expected of our maintenance staff.

      I just want for them to show me the video from when I report to the police that times that I report  that  they vandalized my car.i talk to the chief of the police and to the officers that got my report and they said that the manager or the supervisor from the company or apartments supposed to let me watch the video to see who vandalized my car I do have some of the police reports.and even the last time that it was vandalized I park my car right beside the apartment office where the mailbox are.one of the times that they had there cars parked very close to mine I was taking pictures and the owners of the other cars saw me  taking pictures of how close they were to my car and there cars were park where nobody can hit them. And she just said.WELL IT IS WHAT IS LET SEE.

      We have possums and raccoons running all the complex. They are out day and night. Some of the residents or on ******, wheelchairs and scooters. You are not safe over here. The city of ******* tells me we have to come pick up traps from them. After we trap them. They can come pick them up. I live on the very back of the complex. It is very scary over here. Not even safe to take out the trash. Help us seniors please.

      Good afternoon ************************************ staff was notified on May 10th, 2024 about possum's and racoon's. They immediately took action and contacted animal control the same day. We are on their schedule to place traps this week. The best way to communicate property issues is to speak with your resident manager to resolve issues, just as they have in this situation. Additionally, we have posted a letter as of 5/14/24 requesting residents to stop feeding stray animals, as this appears to be the main cause of this issue.

      I completed an application for a property located in ********* on or before April 26, 2024 I received a call from the property manager the next day 04/29/24 stating that I was denied due to charges reported as Criminal and other public records were unsatisfactory she provided me with a ***** number to contact to get additional information of what was reported and of course, no information could be advised as a request was needed in which I did not have as I did not receive any correspondence of the denial. I received via email on April 30, 2024, the status of my application at ********** apartments from realpage that they were are unable to approve my application at this time for the following reason(s): Criminal and other public records are unsatisfactory I have explained and sent supporting documentation to the property manager and also to the corporate office appealing the decision made. I have waited and allowed time for review and request that someone reach back out to me regarding my appeal. On May 9, 2024, I received a call from ****** not sure of her title and she stated that my appeal was denied as there was a conflict with the deferred charge paperwork that I submitted. On a corporate business level someone should call and introduce themselves and advise the reason for their call also explain the company policy and procedures allowing a person to know what is acceptable and what is not acceptable. I request an appeal hearing and if what I received was an appeal hearing then that is terrible and very unprofessional. The entire call was about missing dismissed paperwork and I was asked why was it on my record. Per the records received it has been terminated from deferred probation no felonies
