      To Whom it may concern, My wife, ****, and I would like to file a complaint about the living conditions in our home we rent from the Collins Property Management company, who represent an unknown owner that lives in CA. We currently pay $1,500 per month. We have been doing everything we know possible to get resolution for 2 major issues that have a direct effect on our health and quality of life: 1. There is black and white mold in the crawl space, which has been diagnosed by 2 professional companies, Serve Pro and Beadle. Both companies recommended that the mold be remediated ASAP and an encapsulation system be installed to prevent it from returning. The EPA states that due to the stack effect; at least 50% of the air we breathe in the living space come from the crawl space environment. There is black mold under the master bathroom and under the office corner; both of which has been known by us, the property management, the owner, and remediation companies for several months.       Good morning,
      I am sorry to hear Mr ******** field a complaint with out company. The owner of the property has received all estimates needed and had approved the issue to be resolved by a local company that specializes in this type of repair, we have approved the park order to be repaired and followed up with Beadle’s property maintenance to see why this work hasn’t been completed and they had lost the work order. Upon finding this out we have made multiple attempts to contact the tenants about repairs and they have hung up on my office when we called and will not respond to any emails.

      We have all work approved by the owner and we one company try to schedule 8 o’clock this coming Monday but **** ******** hung up on 

      Desiree in my office when trying to schedule, I have tried calling and leaving messages as well as have emailed her with no response on her part whatsoever.

      25 hours notice to enter to get the proper vendors in to make repairs.

      I have also spoke as well ad responded to each and every email she has sent to myself as well as answered or returned and calls I have missed from ****. please understand we have to get approval for repairs from the Owner  and we were told by ServPro their we’re no health issues with this moisture under home so the tenants could remain there.

      Its sad for someone to complain to anyone they can but won’t allow us to schedule repairs.

      They also have complained about it being 75 in there home while it’s was so hot out and we have had two Different HVAC companies out to inspect and the unit is producing all it can and the owner is also trying to schedule another company out to look at this to get three opinions but nothing is moving as fast as we would like because she’s is not cooperating.

      Our company is absolutely does and will not use any other individuals than experts when it come to someone thinking they have mold.

      As you know with covid all companies are having issues with keeping help and therefore struggling to keep up ,we are trying to get this resolved as quickly as possible but we need cooperation from them as well.
