    We had an APU installed on August 19. On August 20, we returned because it wasn't working properly and to inform them of property that was missing from the truck. On August 22, the work they did faltered resulted in a roadside service call. It cost us 1600 to repair the damage. We contacted them and they said there was nothing they could do. We put a review on their website to which the owner immediately contacted us and asked us to remove the review as it was going to hurt their business. They told us to send the receipts that showed what was paid for the roadside service call and receipts for the items taken from the truck that we replaced. **** said he would make it right and get it taken care of. That was a month ago and we have not heard from them since that conversation. There has been no refund as the owner **** implied would be given and they have not responded to any further communication. They are dishonest and lack integrity. They do not keep their word

    Dale's APU Sales I previously put a 1 star rating on here because there was no option for 0 stars. We brought our truck to Dales to have an APU put on. No problem with that. However, things were missing from the truck later. Taken from the shower bag and IPod headphones. This was brought to the attention of the clerk and it was shrugged off.Not long after the install, all of the radiator fluid dumped on the ground because a part they put on broke. We had to call roadside service because we couldnt run the truck at all without s******* up the motor. We called them about that and it was shrugged off. An Additional **** spent in roadside call not to mention the cost to replace the items taken from the truck. Immediately after my negative review laying all this out, someone contacts us and with a different tune. My comment was going to hurt their business Send them receipts, they would make it right. They would refund the road call and the cost of the stuff missing from the truck. That was a month ago.they still havent issued the refund and now they dont respond to requests for updates on the situation. Seems like they made a false statement and promise just so we would take the review down. Not this time. Need to make good on your word. I have no problem letting people know about dishonest companies and shady business practices.
