*********************** and his crew were amazing to ** in ***************************** They were very professional from the quote to finish in under 3 weeks. They cleaned up everything and left us with a beautiful roof. Very proud of their work.

Proclaim Restoration is a predatory company that preys on people, particularly elderly people, in areas not local to the company. They appear to travel to areas affected by severe weather claiming to be local. They were recently are in ************** going door-to-door stating they were local with an office in Columbia. After asking a few times for the address of their **************** they provided an address for a duplex in a residential neighborhood. They finally confessed stating This is our house. We call it the office. Our business is door to door.The company doesnt even provide a legitimate bid. They take the full amount of money offered by the insurance company.Both consumers and insurers should beware!

This company worked with me financially. They got my roof done in one day. They were kind and compassionate. **** was ************ and I cant tell you how happy we were to use this company.

Predatory behavior! Came to my door and it has a No Solicitation sign on storm door, had to answer it because my front door was open for warm weather. I asked why he knocked when I had a No Solicitation sign posted and he said he was a helper I said no he works for a company selling a door to door product. He did not have a required city Solicitation badge on him and refused to leave, I threatened to call the police and he still would no leave! Later they drove into my driveway so I got photos of the company name and told his boss he refused to leave even after I threatened to call the police! Even the boss didnt know they are required to carry city solicitation badges here.

We worked with Proclaim Restoration throughout the entire insurance process and they helped get our insurance company to pay for our roof. The roof was finished in one day and looks great. I would go with proclaim restoration again for any future roofing needs.

A representative from Proclaim Restoration knocked on our door to discuss the possible replacement of our roof. After an inspection of the roof, we placed a phone call to our insurance company and our Proclaim Restoration representative, *****, did the rest. After our insurance company inspected the roof, and within a few days, we had our check sent to us. I called ***** from Proclaim Restoration, and he came out to help us review the claim paperwork, select our singles, and set up a date for the maintenance to begin. In less than a week we had our supplies dropped off in our driveway and the very next day, just before 8 AM, the roofers were there to begin work. The roofers tarped the lawn and began removing the old singles. Two pieces of roof were replaced due to damage and the replacement of our roof was completed a little after 1:30 PM. The clean up of the old shingles, wrap, and nails was completed by 2:30 PM. ***** and I did a walk around the property to inspect the work. I was asked if the work and the clean up was up to MY standards. Items that had to be moved was placed back to the original spot. Our sidewalk lighting was returned to original areas and our potted plants were taken care of. Our porch and back deck were blown clean and everything looked perfect. This was a crew of six workers and I cannot over emphasize how impressed I am with the quality of their work and the time it took for these professionals to complete our roof. The clean-up process was neat and professional and I have not located a nail in our yard yet! I highly recommend those seeking restoration in their property to call Proclaim Restoration. As stressful it is for a homeowner to research, file a claim, and wait for the work to be done, Proclaim Restoration will take care of it all. I would use this company again and I will be telling my friends about the experience we had with Reclaim Restoration. Thank you ***** and your crew for taking care of us!

They came out and fixed my roof after some hail damage and repaired my gutters while they were out. The roof is holding up just fine however the gutters are not so lucky. They are leaking at all the joints and I still have a low spot there they rehung them. As far as the roof repair went it was dismal. The workers were unprofessional by tearing up the yard and dancing with our ******** flag. After words i got ** in my attic and found tons of trash and several beer cans left from where they had removed our vents and used the hole in the roof as a trash can. I have called them five times with no response. I would not recommend Proclaim Restriction for any work due to the lack of support after they have your money. I will change my review if the problem is corrected.
