Dear BBB,Everything was on schedule for my new roof.The upgrade on the shingles and all material needed were ordered, delivered & the install happened.Then I realized my front right bathroom had a rainwater leak problem after a long slow 36 hr rainfall.After the employee admitted my front right venting stack had been damaged during roof tear down.A part owner came out a later day and said, He wasnt willing to admit employee damagebut a vent recall seemed more logical.I said, Your employee has already admitted fault.The disputed area was siliconed, my neighbor commented, someone needs to tell ***** ******* thats not going to worksiliconing in the rain! And the silicone didnt work, but the abundance of nails at my vent water leak problem area hadnt been removed yet, nor had flashing been installed yet. Same young man had permission to get into my attic for removal of wet insulation, No permission to turn my insulation over allowing the caught water to flow in my attic.This young man came out of the attic saying, He wasnt removing *********** then saw this huge 10x13 new dripping water spot on my ceiling & the water was already leaking through the ceiling near a florescent ******** box fan helped the drying process, but all the water under the insulation stayed wet. I could pull some wet insulation down & prop other insulation up with boards to continue drying.On a different day *** cut some ceiling & removed some ceiling insulation so the drywall could continue drying better.***** had said, I over exaggerated mold alarm in my attic. And I disagree with Brodys thought on growing mold.The ceiling hole has been there through last ******* cold & now its the heat and humidity.This Southern Roofing and Renovations ***********, Mo business has *** their ******* in charge of the budget on my new roof and any further repairs.I have a written contract, that is verbally trying to be changed.Thank You for Your time concerning this situation.
