I visited the store not knowing exactly what I needed. I was very impressed with their knowledge and they actually took the time and answered all of my questions. **** was very helpful (and patient). His knowledge is unbelivable and he truly cared when making suggestions that was best for me. I ended up having an incredible system installed in my new Charger and the appearance of the installation is way above my expectations. An awesome upgrade that sounds amazing. I came in to get a radio install. My vehicle has apparently been completely demolished as far as wiring. ***** and ***** have gone above and beyond to get it all fixed and straightened out to make sure my equipment worked like it should. They are amazing and I highly recommend stopping in if you need audio or anything done to your vehicle! I will definitely be coming back!

I'm not one to give reviews on business very often. But when I have an excellent experience I will. I went there to purchase an amp and a sub for my farm truck . I like good sounding music when I haul livestock or building fence. The owner seemed very knowledgeable on what would work best in my truck. And didn't start with the expensive stuff. Then I told him what I wanted to spend and he gave me several options. I've installed my own equipment for years so I know quite a bit about stereo equipment. So I'd know if they were full of ****. And they were super honest and helpful. I even called their service tech 4 times when I had issues with an amp I purchased elsewhere. Which I returned to that store and went back and got another amp from audiophile. I was able to get better quality stuff for almost same price as the cheap junk I previously bought. I've referred my friends to these guys. I won't do business anywhere else . Thank you ****** for all your help!!!

Audiophile is AMAZING! They gave me the best quote by far and financed all the work. They saved me over $400 on my auto repairs and stereo system. I had a bad month financially and Audiophile even extended my financing for no extra charge. They are so relaxed and nice, they are wonderful! I like that their staff earns no commission. That separates them from everyone else. No sales pitch and no pressure tactics like the other audio shops. Their prices are so much lower than every other business that it's not even close! Their store is always very busy and I can see why. They are super honest and reliable and they treat you like a person.OMG I cannot believe these fake reviews!! It's obvious that these are written by their competitors. They are so busy all the time. Thats the proof they treat their customers right. BBB needs to take down those fake reviews.

I wish there were more honest businesses like yours. I found that most of the businesses that have the highest ****** reviews are some of the worst businesses out there. Our vehicle was damaged at ************ and they refused to accept responsibility for the damage they did. All we can do is *** them like two other people whose cars they also damaged. Audiophile fixed all the damage done by carmil and back their work with a written lifetime warranty. You are our family's only automotive shop. Because of your honesty and integrity, we will only let your shop handle all our automotive repairs and our car stereo and home stereo systems

I went to inquire about a "deal" Audiophile was running until Christmas only to be told they only had 1 in stock and it was used. While there add boasts about beating anyones prices anywhere, it seams more like a classic bait and switch. Although I wouldn't trust them to install my gas cap, they claim to have cheaper install fees than anyone, which isn't true, I called around. I would NOT do business with them.

Ms. ******** truth is that you're upset with us because you failed at your installation attempt and blew your own equipment. We encourage all consumers to hire us as we are Master installers with a 30 year history of building National champion and world record setting competition vehicles. We are industry experts. Here are the facts.You purchased two New subwoofers, a New subwoofer enclosure and a New amplifier. ALL products carried a One Year warranty in writing. Used items do not carry One Year warranty. Because it was close to Christmas and because of huge crowds responding to our sales, inventory was low. That's not a problem. We receive new shipments every week. If you believed the product wasn't new, why not share your concerns with us first instead of writing a secret review? Your problem was that the gift boxes were a little crumpled. This does not equate to used equipment. It means supplies were low due to high sales volume. We would happily provide you another new item with the same warranty. The retail price of the package was $650. You paid only $334.98 which is absolutely the lowest price of any authorized dealer in the nation. Bait and switch tactics are common on the internet, but we never have and never will conduct fraudulent business. Our manufacturer contracts require that we maintain the highest ethical standards. You received the exact products on your receipt. For 30 years we have maintained a Low Price Guarantee against all authorized dealers. Our company employs only world class, industry certified technicians with a mandatory resume which includes a winning competition autosound vehicle. No other store in the area holds such high standards. Your review is dishonest.
