I ordered the ****** 3.5m awning ridge/spreader poles (Tpole35) on 3/2/2022 and was told that they were on backorder from Australia. I continued corresponding hoping the correct item would be available. I called in mid-April and asked that the 2.6m ridge/spreader poles (*******)be sent instead. What arrived on 4/19/2023 was the upright poles (*******, I believe) instead of the ridge/spreader. I returned the poles to the vendor in Springfield MO while on vacation on 7/6/2023 and received a refund email. The funds ($54.98) have not been returned. I filed a dispute with the credit card company, but since it is beyond their normal resolution timeframe, they cannot do anything else. I have all necessary documentation to share if needed.Business response

I texted and left a voicemail with a photo of the check that will be mailed to do. We apologize for the inconvenience. I placed an order on Feb 24th 2023 in the amount of $763.99. This order was for a 23 zero tent and an Oztent ground sheet. The web site said there could be a 1 to 3 month lead time. Around may 24th I attempted to contact them as I had heard nothing in regards to this order. All I got was voicemail that was full,unable to leave message. I attempted to chat with them online as well as email them. No response. I then contacted 23 zero.Com to see if the tent I ordered was available. The company advised me that Artemis was not a dealer for 23 zero!! I then emailed Artemis and told them I wish to cancel that order , as they cannot fulfill it, and that I want an immediate refund of the order which I paid in full in February. To date they haven’t replied, answered the phone or messaged me with a response.Business response

In February 2023, we were a 23 zero dealer. It was a surprise to us when 23 Zero said we were not dealers. They pulled the plug on us when they decided they were going to become a retail store in addition to a distributor. We submitted a refund. We can see in the system when we submitted the refund it showed as fulfilled, but the refund has not gone through. We expect the person to be refunded 7-10 business days. Regarding the mailbox being full. This is true. We contacted MediaCom, and sure enough, during the spring, there was an issue with our phone. It would immediately go to voicemail and then there would not be a message. This caused us huge problems. At the same time, we had two employees working on customer service, neither responded quickly or in concert with the CEO. We want to fix this. It is unfortunate that 23Zero said we were not a dealer. We were partners with them for many years. It would have been better if they said that this was a recent change--as it was. But, we are competitors now and they are actively trying to make us look bad if a customer calls them since they are now retailers.Initial Complaint

I placed and order for a product on 03/14/2023 order #***** and have been charged for the product. I have made several attempts at contacting the company in all ways they have listed multiple times. They will not respond at all. I contacted the the manufacture of the product I purchased from them and they informed me that they are no longer doing business with them because of there business practices. When i placed the order from the company they were still showing that they were a dealer, but have now since removed them from there site. I any trying to get a refund from them for a product that they charged me for but are no longer able to full fill.Customer response

On February 27th, 2023, My father, **** *********, ordered a Howling Moon Tent Installation Kit from Artemis ******** for me. The product was listed as in stock and set to ship over a standard shipping period. I paid $68.61 for this item, this price including tax and shipping costs. It has now been over two weeks since I purchased this item, and I have still not received the product or even a tracking number to be able to track the package. I called Artemis ******** a week ago to get the tracking number, and after several unsuccessful attempts at reaching anyone at the company, someone finally answered the phone. She told me she would get the tracking number and email it to me and call me back. A week has now gone by, with no word from the company. I tried calling Artemis several times today, March 14th, 2023, with each attempt leading to the line ringing for a few seconds before reaching a mailbox that is full and unable to leave a message. It seems like this company might be illegitimate or simply has awful customer service, but reviews online all describe situations similar to what I have experienced meaning this isn't the only time this has happened.Customer response

I ordered a part from them and when i tried to put it on my truck it didnt fit..i was told it would fit. I emailed them and they didnt resond...i then emailed the factory to see what i could do and they sent me a ra number to send it back to the factory for a full refund. ... ( CALIREADING LED)..the factory received it and emailed artemis to have them give me a full refund..artemis didnt send anything...i emailed artemis again and no response...i then emailed the factory and they sent artemis another email.to refund my full amount $329.99...ive yet to get a response from them again...ive tried emailing them numerous times..i just want my refund...the factory has tried but it doesnt do any good ..im done playing their game and ive seen reviews where artemis isnt very good with customer service in internet orders.Customer response
