I had the truck towed to Ace on 7-17-23. It has been over 2 months and my truck is still not fixed. They keep telling me they are testing, I don’t have any confidence in the shop!!! They act like no big deal. My truck is a tool for my survival. I need my truck!

They have had my Ram 1500 2007 since 03/27/2023. To rebuild or replace my transmission. When I first called back in March I was told that they would not be able to look at my truck until 04/03/2023. So, they called eventually. They informed me that they were going to rebuild the transmission, and then they were going to replace the transmission with a rebuilt transmission from their factory. The next time I called they stated that they were waiting on the transmission from the other side of town, and they were suppose to call back and they never did. I called on the 04/11/2023 and they stated that the work would be done on Wednesday 04/12/2023. They have not called me back. I would like my truck back fixed or not fixed.Business response

I'm sorry that our timeline for the repair of your Dodge Ram 1500 took longer than was expected, I have talked to you multiple times through this process and tried to keep you informed on what was going on. I want you to have your vehicle back as quickly as possible. Your transmission was having pressure issues as I have let you know, We do now have the transmission in our possession as of today 4/20/2023 and it will be installed today as I informed you yesterday. I will be delivering your Dodge Ram back to you as promised. We appreciate you as a customer and want you to be happy with the product that we promised you.
