They did not cut alot of the trees very low. They removed my clothes line and did not reattach it. Did not clean the branches off of my neighbors garage or yard. They left some of the trees cut 2 feet high. Was not happy. **** said he would come back and reattach the line and cut the stumps lower but never showed up. Did not call or email back either.Business response

The job was completed April 26th and shows paid on April 29th. The job was for $2,200 (proposal #**** is attached to our response). At the time of the job, ********* paid for it and appeared happy with work. She and her husband Jack were happy enough so that they asked us to come and estimate another job at their property (estimated at $1,100, proposal 4068 is attached to our response, created on 5/13/22). When they received the proposal, they were not happy with the price, and felt it was too high. We could not come lower based on the estimate of how much time it would take to complete it, so the clients rejected our proposal. Two weeks later (5/24/22), ********* emailed **** *****, the estimator and main point of contact on the the job, and told him to call them. **** called in less than two days from receiving the email and discussed the situation with *********. She complained that the stumps were left too high and the clothes line was not put back up. **** explained that the stumps were cut high because they had grown into the metal of her fence and they could not be cut off without wrecking her fence and our saws. There was also a stump with angle iron in it that did not permit us to cut it lower. **** also agreed to come and put up the clothes line, but unfortunately, forgot to do it. We hadn't heard anything more from ********* until she submitted a BBB complaint. We would be happy to put the clothes line up again, and are very regretful that we forgot to do so in the first place. **** will be reaching out directly to ********* to fix the clothes line.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:I called ****, yes to complain and to also get a quote for another job. One picture I posted shows how high they was going to leave the stump, then I asked for it to be cut lower. They went a little lower but not low enough. I called ****, then emailed him. Also emailed again to have him call my husband. He never called my husband. **** just finally came today and put the clothes line up. Also they did not get paid three days after service. They got paid the day of service. You have to pay the employees that do the work cause they do not leave without paying.
