On November 26, 2022 I had a free assessment done via zoom session for an nclex prep resource with ********* ****** ****** and signed up for her nclex resources for $250. I was transparent with the professor that I am not ******** and don't have an account. For my safety and the fact that I have a personal protection order against my ex I avoid social media platforms which I explained to the professor. She attempted to text me resources of questions from her ******** page which were blurry and I communicated that her. Than she attempted to email these blurry pictures. I have not had access to her services and requested a refund. She refused to refund my credit back. All her resources are on ******** which I don't have access to these resources. The questions she has text me were blurry and I have attached them to this. I have not used this service and I want a refund.Business response

I have replied to this compliant multiple times. I have ran out of time. I think half of e-mails have sent and now the final time I received that my information was too large. Maybe we can set up a phone call.
