    I had tickets for April 23, and it was canceled due to weather. The manager who was not there, left a sign to email him in order to reschedule. I email him on that day and on Tuesday April 26. He never responded. When I reached out to the email on the website on Saturday April 30, they replied claiming that an autogenerated email was sent out to reschedule. I did not get that email. In my attempts to fix this issue; they informed me that a refund could not be provided, and since April 27 (the day in the auto generated email had passed) I would have to pay a fee or be downgraded after buying a new set of tickets. (They would then refund my money minus the fee) and I could possible get my new date.

    I got two vouchers as a gift and I made the appointment to go on april 30th 2022 at 1pm and I never received my electronic tickets, so rescheduled them on april 29th at 12 am, yes it was a late time, For may 7th 2022. They replied at 9 am asked for the date to confirm so I sent them the date. At this point I thought everything was good to go. I check back later to see if I got the tickets, and no they forgot to ask for the time as well, I sent them the time, and now they want me to buy more tickets, and pay a eight dollar fee for a forced reschedule. Which I was not informed about a 24 hour reschedule until they asked for the time I chose on the the first date. I have explained to them that I have health issues and can not afford to buy tickets at time. I'm currently trying to get on disability because I have tumors on my leg preventing me from walking very well, and I am currently taking chemo medicine. And then they wanted me to ask the person who bought me those vouchers to buy them again and pay more money for something they messed up on their end. I don't believe it is right.
