I called this firm after a fall in a ********* store. They took the case. I refused the settlement given twice. She then asked if I would like for their team to sue the insurance company. I said yes but she then said they would probably not take it on. I decided to drop the case but needed my files. They now state I will have to pay them 40% of a settlement if it is received by a separate attorney.Business response

I hired ***************** from this law firm and there was poor communication and poor results. I was told my files would be returned to me and I haven**;t received them. Overall I had a poor experience with this firm.Business response
