    I wanted to love this school. We had high hopes, but the experience ended up being a huge disappointment. They stole our $2400 deposit and used the confusion of Covid as an excuse to avoid reimbursing us. They insulted us as parents. Our daughter had difficulties during her first few months of Pre-Kindergarten. She had a hard time making friends and fitting in. The school administration immediately turned to our family life and blamed her difficulty at school to 'trauma' occurring in the home. One moment, life is happy and wonderful. The next moment, you're being accused of traumatizing your child. After countless hours of developmental screenings, public-school counselors, the exhaustion of back-and-forth emails and meetings, accusations from the school, and insults from the administrator, the resulting verdict was that my child was happy and healthy but lacked structure in the school setting and had some difficulty making friends. After a few months, my daughter was doing better in school because we, as parents, stepped in. The back and forth with Raintree ended up being a huge waste of our time and energy. Had we known earlier that our daughter was having trouble, a simple conversation at home would have remedied the problem. Instead it became a 7 month battle of us versus Raintree. I feel like our family was attacked by the Raintree administration. Bottom line, go to this school if you have a perfect child and deep pockets. This school lacks any accountability. They basically say and do whatever they want. If you don't like it, your only option is to go elsewhere.

    A school is nothing without community. We strive to make all of our families feel welcome, and we deeply regret that you came away with a negative impression. Our students' well being is our top priority, and while we made every effort to address the very difficult issues you bring up, we cannot help feeling like we could have done something more. We will continue to work with you in the hopes of coming to a solution that works for everyone. In the meantime we will do everything we can to make your and your childs experience a positive one through the end of the school year and beyond.
