I made reservations for 9/9 til 9/11 and made other reservations from 9/12 to 9/15 at another place when I checked in my card was charged 550 and change I was over charged by 319 and change and was told the owners was the only ones that can issue a refund and they was on vacation and I would hear back from them it has been 2 weeks no refund and no call and when I call the ones that answer phone are rude and I can't get ahold of owners I work as a travel nurse this was for work I sleep during the day and I informed the desk that the a/c was not working everyday of my stay it never worked so I was sleeping in the hot day with little air and the window was broke and wouldn't open and sink smelled of vomit non of these issues was addressed I need my 319 back I would not have spend time there or paid the 230 was not worth It horrible customer service and don't follow thru with complaints been over 2 weeks and still no word from them and no refund
