I highly recommend NOT sending your child to this daycare. I removed mine due to suspicion of abuse. Here are the reasons I removed my child from this center. 1) My child came home every single day thirsty and starving. I have been told by teachers that the owner doesn't provide nutritious meals or allow the children to get seconds. 2) My child would cry at drop off and I was told the owner would tell the teachers not to comfort him because he is 4 and shouldn't be doing that. 3) Anytime that I would bring up having to talk to the owner to my son he would get hysterical. 4) He came home with a bruise on his cheek. There was no accident report filled out and no one mentioned it to me. When asked about how it happened no one could tell me and I was told he must have bumped it on a slide outside. Since parents can not see active or previous investigations of abuse I am putting it here. I wish I would have came across this before I trusted this place with my child.

The comments from this customer are indeed unfortunate. As for the comments on suspicion of abuse, these comments are correlating with a couple disgruntled employees who have left and have been using social media and other means of communication to assist in spreading rumors and untruths so they could look to start babysitting from their homes. These untruth statements have resulted in parents being worried about their children and a few of them leaving my childcare. These are unsubstantiated claims and have been addressed to all those concerned. To answer the other statements, I will address as follows:1. I participate in the ***** which regulates the food content and the amount that is given to each child within my childcare facility. I have a trained cook that assures that the quality of the food given and the quantity distributed meets the standards as set out by the *****.2. This child was nearly always content and happy when mom dropped off and she never witnessed her child crying in an uncontrollable way. Once again, this comment likely came from one of the disgruntled employees looking to capitalize on parents leaving due to rumors. I have camera footage showing the child is content at drop off.3. This child always had a good demeanor when entering and leaving the facility. As the care giver and managing a childcare with 10 - 12 employees I am sure this child would relate fear to mom contacting the owner. This would much be like a kid being asked if you want me to call the principal to find out if you were bad today but to a 3-4 year old. One message saved has the mom asking if her child got in trouble at school today and I relayed this to the teacher and she said he was very well behaved. The mom responded LOL, OK when I asked him if he had to sit in timeout today. He got really upset and would not tell me anything and told his mom to stop talking about it. All Documented!4. As for the bruise on the cheek, it is unfortunate that this occurred. The teacher that was in charge of the class is no longer here at my facility as she is looking to capitalize on babysitting outside of my facility. As the child was not in my immediate care I am going by the fact that a child slipped on a slide and it resulted in a bruise spot on the cheek. The need for an accident report was addressed multiple times to this specific teacher. And it was addressed on Brightwheel the communication platform for the daycares administration, staff, and parents. Several documents and communication between this parent are saved and can be reviewed by anyone at any time and I wish well for this parent and her child. We greatly loved caring for this child and cherish him as we do all the children we care for both past, present, and future. Finally, As all State Licensed facilities are monitored and have visits bi-annually from state licensing reps, all visits can be visited on the ******** Childcare through DESE. Any unsubstantiated complaints are not part of the record unless there are confirmed violations.Furthermore, this complaint is one of accusations and possible litigation for defamation as slanderous/liable comments and should be evaluated through the BBB Complaint Acceptance Guidelines.
