On 05/16/2023 a contract was signed by ************************* as owner of MAX ********************** contractors to repair and ************** wall. Payments were made to ****************** and final payment was made as he had stated he would complete if he just had the last payment. I made payment and now the contractor will not finish the job. the last contact was around 04/08/2024 where ****************** had stated that he was trying to get another contract so he could finish my project. I gave him two weeks and he has not completed the work.Business response

I am going to acknowledge his complaint and will get it taken care of. I will refund his money - $2500.00. I will make it as soon as possible.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:The response to make payment is not clear and has no specific date when the payment will be made. This would be part of the problem, we have a moving goalpost which is not defined. The payment should be completed in no less than thirty(30) Calander days and should be in the form of a cashier's check. The longer this case takes to complete due to the inaction of the business makes to completion of the work more expensive. Let's try a little to do a better job.
