            August 29, 2021, my brakes were out on my dump truck. I called the company to see if they could fix it. I had to have the truck towed there. They had it for a day. They called me and told me the truck was done. They put brake fluid in it. I paid $711.30 for the brakes and other minor repairs. I got into the truck to drive it home. It wouldn't start right away. I drove about 16 miles to my house. It is very hilly. The driver behind me flashed lights at me and we both stopped. My tires were smoking, on fire. With the truck stopped and turned off, I applied the brakes and the pedal went all the way to the floor. There were no brakes. I called another tow company and they towed it to another shop. They discovered that no wheels were ever taken off, and wheel cylinders were shot.

            Hello: My Name Is ******, And I Asked A Member Of ****** Trucking Services To Repair My Dump Truck Brakes, He Said That They Could Do The Repair, Well After A Few Weeks they Called And Stated That My Truck Was Ready And I Could Drive It Home Safely, About A Mile Or Two From My Home The Driver Behind Me Was Flashing Their Head Lights So I Pulled Over, The Driver ******* Stated That My Back Wheels Were Smoking And Sure Enough They Were Bellowing Smoking So We Both Took Pictures With Our Cell Phones, I Tried To Contact Mr. ****** And Got No Response, Other Than We Were Texting Back And Forth He Made Real Clear That I Had Disability's And He Is Right I Live With Only Half A Brain The Left Frontal Lobe Is Dead" And So I Thank Him For Reminding Me Of That! The Point Is Your Brakes On Any Auto Big Or Small Needs A Good Braking System That Is Why I,am Asking For The Return Of My Payment ($711.30 ) Reason " For Failure To Repair As Agreed By The Shop By The Shop Forman *** Of Harmon Trucking Services LLC :: Respectfully: I.am: ***** ** *****
