August 29, 2021, my brakes were out on my dump truck. I called the company to see if they could fix it. I had to have the truck towed there. They had it for a day. They called me and told me the truck was done. They put brake fluid in it. I paid $711.30 for the brakes and other minor repairs. I got into the truck to drive it home. It wouldn't start right away. I drove about 16 miles to my house. It is very hilly. The driver behind me flashed lights at me and we both stopped. My tires were smoking, on fire. With the truck stopped and turned off, I applied the brakes and the pedal went all the way to the floor. There were no brakes. I called another tow company and they towed it to another shop. They discovered that no wheels were ever taken off, and wheel cylinders were shot.Business response

This complaint is not accurate. The repairs done for this customer were completed as stated on the customer's invoice. (Invoice can be provided upon request.) He paid for repairs with credit card, left shop, later charged back his payment, and made accusations towards our company about causing problems with his vehicle that we were not responsible for.All the Best,******* HarmonHarmon Truck Service1411 South Service Rd.
