See document uploaded which has detailed description.Dusty Millsap DBA Millsap Mechanical Services took over 10K in deposits to install two hvac systems. He never installed them and will not return ***********. He also failed to complete electrial and plumbing work. I contracted with him (three contractracts) when I was beginning a home extension. Contract A Mitsuibishi ductless system, Contract B an american Standard **** system and Contract C for electrical and Plumbing. He delayed multiple times and finalliy claimed he had been in an accident and could no longer work. This is not true. He did not respond to email, texts, phone calls. I paid 70 percent of the contracts upfront so that he would purchase and have the **** systems ready for install. He did not install them and did not respond to my requests to surrender the equipment to me for installation by someone else. He has done this to another women *********************************** and took 5K for a stove he never installed and did not refund her moeney. He delays until it is too late to get refunds through the credit card company. In my case he delayed the installation claiming injuries. He has moved locations. His home is ******************************************. He does not respond to letters to either his business address which has no mail recipticle. I need your help in retrieving the refund due me by Millsap Mechanical Services. I have attached some of the notes I have taken during the course of doing business with Mr. ******************** and his employee ******. On November 16,2021 I paid $4,430.00 to ****** for a **** burning stove. I was told it would be delivered Mid-December of 2021. I contacted both Mr. ******************** and ****** on multiple occasions concerning the delivery. In May23,2022 we all agreed that I should cancel the order and he would request a refund. I bought a new stove and he agreed to install it for me. I told him I could not go another winter without a secondary heat source. The next few months I called periodically checking on the status of the refund. On September 27,2022 I asked again to have the new stove installed and I was told that they were 30 days out for installations, and I would have my refund in 2 weeks tops. I last spoke with ****** on November 3,2022 and I explained again that I couldn't go thru the winter without the stove installed and that I needed my refund. She told me that she would have to talk to Mr. ******************** and get back with me. I haven't heard from either one since. I sent a certified letter on November 19,2022 and as of today it is available for pick up @ his P.O. Box. I did try to text Mr. ******************** again today as a last-ditch effort before contacting the BBB. Please contact me if you need any further notes/ correspondence I have had with Mr. ******************** or *************** have detailed notes and my bank statement that shows the $4,430.00 payment taken out by Millsap Mechanical Services. I also have printed out the texts between Mr. ******************** and myself. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
