Purchased a used freezer may 1st 2023 for the sum of $547.00 . Cleaned inside and out plugged in cooled down to below zero and the next morning was 50 degrees ice melting and meat spoiling! Called and requested refund, returned not working freezer and they refused to refund $547.00 Should be against the law to sell non-working appliances!Business response

***** purchased the item and signed a warranty paper. I have attached the signed warranty paper.
The warranty is for repair of the item and all sales are final. It states “ I understand that all sales are final and that no refund will be given” . ***** signed this paper on 5-1-23 when he purchased the freezer. ***** brought the freezer back stating that it wasn’t freezing. The freezer has been checked by two employees, multiple times a day for the last 4 days and it is working just fine and holding the correct temperature and operates as it should to freeze. In conclusion, we have not found the appliance to be faulty or in need of repair. ***** was offered the appliance back after it was checked. ***** refused it and stated to our employee on the phone “ I am coming after you”. ***** is accusing our business of selling a defective item that works just fine. We want our customers to be happy with what they purchased, and we would never sell a defective unit. We would never not hold up our end of the agreement on a warranty. ***** is not eligible for a refund as the item come as is, all sales are final and no refunds will be given and the freezer works as it should.
