****** came to my home for a plumbing issue. He did not come prepared to do work. I had to get towels tarp and bucket to catch water debris that would come out of pipe once he took cap off floor drain pipe. He did not even try to remove the cap. He started giving me excuses its too tight your pipe is rusted the pipe needs to be cut out etc…. I paid $75 for this NOTHING…..he did not try. I called another plumbing company out the gentleman came prepared with bucket tarps etc… twisted the cap ONE TIME it came right off and he began to snake out my drain which fixed my problem. I had to pay out of my pocket again this time $175 for s JOB COMPLETEDBusiness response

We are sorry the customer is unhappy with the service. We were out to the home through a home warranty company. Yes there was some corrosion on the drain as seen in the pics. We did submit this to the home warranty company with recommended repairs to the plumbing system.. The service fee collected on site was on behalf of the warranty company. We did not refuse to do any work. The warranty company denied the claim. Again I am sorry that our customer is unhappy.Customer response

My point is ****** DID NOT try to remive the drain cap all I needed was the cap off to snake the drain the cap WAS NOT corroded he did not try the pipe is in good secure stable condition. As I said the company that came out on Saturday held the too with one hand and turned with the pipe wrench literally one time as water started to squirt out continued sliwley and snaked the drain I stand on wanting my $75 back for a job you DID NOT do nor try just took my money warranty company said that fee is for you

Again we never said we were done with this job. We submitted to the warranty company for further action as we are required to do. We collected on behalf of the warranty company as stated in the customers personal contact with them.Customer response

We ****** left my hime is was dine what he submitted was not WHAT NEEDED to be done. All he had to do was remove the cap and snake the line just as the other company I paid $175 to do. ****** made a small job out if oooooh we are going to stick it to the insurance company in hopes to get really paid. Again he came not wanting to do a job which would have taken him 30min or less he never tried just started taking pictures and telling warranty company pipes need to be replaced etc… so on. Just give me back my $75 you did NOTHING but cost me to pay another company to do what you were sent and paid to do

yes my basement backed up i called my homeowners and they sent rescue rooter on 03/08/2022 he came water went down i had other worker here. I told him i need a hydro cleaning of pipes. He said he can do it and he took me outside and said thats the machine im gone use. He gave me a price of 350.00. He was suppose to email receipt i got a text saying he did i was cleaning up water forgot to check which i paid. when he showed back up on 03/16/2022. Basement flooded on Friday 03/18/2022. so I at advise as was told he did not do the proper cleaning service on pipes. So I checked my files he had not emailed receipt my heart dropped. So last night at 9pm 03/19/2022 I emailed him and said you did not give receipt he texted back said he emailed it no so he did send it at that point. So on my receipt it says SCOUR JET I never heard og this cleaning all I know I needed hydro jetted and thats the words I used and he did. So I said on receipt that not the service I requested he said sorry about miscommunication no I did not miscommunication this thts the only thing I knew about cleaning my pipes. So I told he he tricked me . He responed through text message. Im a 1st time homeowner whom he just took my money I told him i didnt know much. He used that info against me. Help PleaseBusiness response
