            Received this text message from **** on 2/22, 2/25 and 3/22…as of today 4/3 still haven’t seen my “free” air cleaner: Hi *****! This is **** I’m with Elite Air Systems. We had met at The Women’s working survival show this past weekend. Congratulations you’ve been selected as a winner! Im reaching out regarding your delivery of your **** ***** *** *********. What day/ time would work best this week for your and your spouse to be home for delivery and to get your quick opinion on the ****? They came to our house on 3/29 & received this message from his wife: Looking forward to seeing you both! They had called the week before this scheduling a specific time to bring our machine. 10 minutes (they live about an hour away from us) before they were scheduled to be here they called & said that our machine hadn’t come in & wanted to know if we wanted to wait until it came in & I said yes. So they texted the next week and wanted to bring their “big” unit, but saying again our unit wasn’t in yet. They told us our air cleaner might be here next week, maybe 2 weeks, but probably more like 4 weeks. They said they would ship it…been almost 5 weeks and still no air cleaner.

            I like the product Hyla Cleaning System. I was supposed to receive a table air cleaner from the **************************** in St. ******* 2/27/2022. I was promised and never received. I also ordered extra oil and a rack for the hoses and never received.
