Great Company! I highly recommend PEC if you are interested in upgrading the insulation in your home. They gave a highly competitive bid for adding 10 inches of insulation to my attic and installing a new bathroom exhaust fan. They also vented two bath exhaust fans and one kitchen stove exhaust to the outside. What a difference that has made. Today is a 95 degree day and before the insulation upgrade the Air Conditioner could not keep the inside temperature at a constant 72 degrees and often rose to 75 or higher and the Air Conditioner ran all day long. Today it's 92 degrees outside and the Air Conditioner is seldom running to keep the inside temperature at 72 degrees. The entire team at PEC are wonderful to work with. They are extremely courteous, polite and hard working. You don't find those attributes very often.*****, ******** ********Review from Lisa K

They are great! I got a call within hours of my request for an estimate - with all the projects I've had done on my home, I have never gotten such a quick response. They came out quickly for an inspection, explained what they found, answered all my questions, and got me a written, very competitive quote right away. Within a week of signing they were out to perform the work, which included improving the ventilation - there had been no holes to allow airflow from the soffits into the attic! - fixing the open chase, installing a new bathroom vent fan and venting that one and another existing one that had not been venting out of the attic, and blowing in additional 8" of cellulose insulation to get where I needed to be. I noticed an immediate difference in the temp inside my home. The crew was friendly and professional, took great care to make no mess - including opening a new access panel in my garage so they wouldn't have to go through the house to do the work, and they worked quickly in extremely hot conditions (it was 100 degrees outside on the first day of the project). I'm so happy I chose Peterson Energy Consultants for this job. I highly recommend them.

Very friendly and professional. I had both the main house and a 9 season room looked at. They advised I had enough insulation in the main house and advised not to add more! Imagine thatan honest appraisal that TOOK AWAY potential business!!! They then gave a competitive bid on the second space. Very prompt on installation day; also very efficient and cleaned up nicely. A day or so after **** and his team completed their work, I congratulated him on their promotions from energy consultants to magicians. The results are nothing short of miraculous! They removed an old television antenna, attic fan, and ***** fan, then sealed the attic, improved airflow, installed two new bathroom exhaust fans with humidistats and a new bluetooth-enabled ***** fan, all in about six hours. The only reason they stopped is because the aluminum wiring in our house created an issue that had to be handled by a licensed electrician. They were back the next morning, resolved the wiring issue, blew in a thick layer of cellulose insulation and were gone by lunch. Before **** and his team completed their work, there was literally a thermocline in our house. It would be 74 degrees on the first floor and ***** upstairs. As this is being written, it is 92 outside with a heat index of 104. It is 114 in the attic (according to the ***** fan) and a cool 74 upstairs. We couldn't be happier AND we have yet to see the positive impact this is going to have on our electric ****.It is important to note that ***** ******** ***** ******** and the rest of the Peterson team were considerate, polite, friendly, and consummate professionals. **** was accurate in his diagnosis of the problem that I had and knew what to do to resolve it. He did the job in a timely manor, and his employees were beyond polite and friendly. I was worried about what kind of a mess there would be, but they were extremely clean and I could hardly see that they were even there. The patch in my ceiling was perfect! Thanks to Peterson Energy Consultants I am confident going into winter that I will not have any more issues. They were wonderful to work with!Foam Engineers Response
