On April 4th, 2022, I was charged $135 after a technician treated the outside of my home. The charge was for indoor AND outdoor service. I have no idea when a service appointment might be. Rather, the technician called about 20 minutes ahead of time, stating he was on his way. This is inefficient if a customer needs to be home for the service. I am a single father and was just leaving to pick my daughter up from school and didn't have time to wait while the interior of my home was treated. If they provided a date and estimated service window, I would have been happy to make arrangements. Instead, I was charged for a service that never occurred. I have contacted the company several times, but this has yet to be addressed. Today, I spoke to a young lady in accounting and she seemed bewildered. She was to contact a manager, but at this point, I have little faith, which is the reason for this complaint - It has been going on for too long now and I have cancelled further service with them as a result.Business response
