            They came and did work on my plumbing. They excavated the front yard, they were supposed to put in new pipes, they did put it in pipes in the front yard but it has dropped down. They did not put in pipes through the rest of the house. I had a camera put down in the hole three times and there are no pipes down there except the ones in the sink. I went and talked to them about this and they didn&#**;t come out to fix it. They did not know anything about the other pipes. They charged me $650 to replace the scheduled ******************************************************* to refund my money.

            We just had our hot water heater replaced by Free Flow Plumbing. They were here until almost 8PM on a Friday night. Not only were they professional and very efficient. But, they went the extra mile to make sure our kitchen faucet was calcium free, at no extra cost. The owner, when first contacted, could have made an extra $50.00 to remove our old hot water heater, and haul it away.. But, when I explained we only wanted to replace our old hot water heater was to get more gallons of hot water due to the fact that we bought a new Step-in-tub because we are older, and the new tub was not getting enough hot water from the old 35 gallon. He suggested that we keep the old hot water heater and sell it, ourselves. I cannot express enough appreciation. They went to ****** bought our new 50 gallon hot water heater, delivered it, installed it. These days you do NOT get this kind of of service. if Anyone needs ANY plumbing issues, addressed, DO NOT go anywhere other than Free Flow Plumbing!
