9/23/2021 $6400 was paid for resurfacing 1/2 of our driveway and then filling cracks and sealing the other half. We were promised a quality job. The resurfacing had indentations, track marks, and the edge is cracking; its not a new, smooth, quality job like we contracted for. The crack filling wasnt filling, but rather sealing with a different sealer used on the rest of the 1/2 of the driveway. Cracks were back within 2 months. The sealing was done, evidently, to an unprepared surface and is now peeling up revealing a dirty, unprepared surface. This took 3 months to take place. Multiple calls/messages left to discuss this have gone unanswered. It feels as if we were taken advantage of.Business response

I spoke with the complainant a couple of weeks ago. The customer apologized for making the complaint and said everything was fine with the work that was done.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:The business did call a couple of weeks ago. I did not say everything was fine. I noted that there were issues with the work, though not as many as I originally thought. We agreed upon them calling by June 15th to schedule a time to come out and reseal the driveway. As of today, June 20th, they have not called. I will follow up.

06/30/2022: Mediator left a detailed voicemail for the consumer requesting an update. [CR] Part of my complaint was due to lack of knowledge on my part, the company and I worked together to get my concerns resolved. I feel the business went above and beyond to professionally resolve all concerns.
