      I bought a vehicle from them the end of August and I went to get an oil change and the mechanic let me know that I had a severe oil leak. So carmart gave me the name of a a guy that would fix it in a transmission shop. Went and the guy was out for vacation and I went back every week for about 3 months he was never there. So it did not get fixed. I bought the car for $10,000 cash and it was under the contengency that known issues would be fixed. The issue were the trim that holds the windshield in place was poping up from the frame. Also the dash is separating looks as if the airbags had been deployed I'm not even certain that there is any airbags in the dash. After I had paid for it in full he then avoided me is call I'd they claimed he was outta the office and I go in and he was never there or had time to deal with me. The car was in fact used it's a 2005 chrysler Pacifica so I was expecting some maintenance and I'm fine with that but I did end up paying double the value for the car but I didnt make but one payment you'd think they'd have a bit better customer service.

      I purchased a car from America’s Car-Mart in Warrensburg October 23, 2021. When I test drove the car there seemed to be nothing wrong with it. Exactly one week later the engine light came on in the car and. Car-Mart was notified the next business day and was told to get a diagnostic on the car. I received one from **** **** and they notified me they don’t accept diagnostics from **** ****. Upon finding out that information I received another diagnostic from a shop in warrensburg, and when I notified car-mart the employee that was there at the time told me there was nothing that they could do. A few months later I started having more problems with the car and notified car-mart again just to find out that I am under warranty and that the lady I talked to the first time had lied to me. After finding out that my car was under warranty I got one problem fixed and the many more came right after that. My car ended up in the shop a total of three to four times. It was so bad at one point that it would shake so bad every time I drove it and I could not go over 20 miles an hour. Every time my car goes down I miss class and work. I am a full time student and I work part time. I am on the move 7 days a week and now I currently do not have a car at all because my engine blew while I was on the highway. I was sure that it was about to catch on fire and I barely made it over in enough time. I was on the side of the highway for over an hour this was truly a traumatic experience and car mart is refusing to help me under warranty to get the car fixed. They are giving me two options, voluntary or involuntary repossession and I do not want to do neither one of those. I am currently working on my credit and I do not want to cause more harm to my credit. Not having a car and constantly being lied to and manipulated by this car lot is causing a great deal of pain and suffering. I have to constantly buy taxi’s and when I don’t have money for that, I have to walk in the cold.
