The icemaker in our 12yo Kitchenaid frig had broken and then was badly "repaired" by a different service I thought I could trust. It was a mess. I called ASAP and explained the mess to **** and we talked a bit about what was probably going on. Our repairman was **** and **** clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He quickly spotted the problems the other guy had left and understood what needed to be done to fix it.I was impressed that he tried to make the icemaker work for us while he ordered the correct part. It didn't work, but we appreciated the attempt. A few days later he installed the new icemaker and fixed a clogged drain thingee that had apparently just developed in this icemaker-from-hell. Hooray! All fixed!Unfortunately, the moisture accumulated on the tracks of the pull-out ice bin froze the thing shut! We didn't know that was the problem, but **** honored the 30-day guarantee on the service call and came back and fixed it!At all times ASAP was highly responsive, up front about all pricing and treated us fairly. I am very glad to have found ASAP Appliance Repair. They have permanently replaced that other guy as my "call them first" appliance repair service!

ASAP repaired our Bosch dryer that was situated in a cabinet on top of our washing machine. It required moving both the dryer and the washing machine to do the repairs and then move them back. It required holding the dryer while some one inserted the plugs. Such required strength was unbelievable. Most repairmen would have decided not to do the job. Six stars minimum.
