Surface pro resurfaced a bathtub for me 4/20/2021. The new coating for the bathtub started to peal off in large chunks starting 2/14/2022, within the warrantee surface pro claimed to provide. Myself and my property manager have been attempting to contact surface pro via phone call and text message since 2/14/22 (no email available on their site). Surface pro has ignored all attempts to contact them, and their voicemail box has been full every time I’ve attempted to call. They also responded to a negative review I left them 2/25/22 on Google and claimed that we had spoken and the damage was caused by a suction cup bath mat, voiding the warrantee. This is a blatant lie since they have ignored all attempts to contact them. Extremely poor business practice and is deceiving to those reading reviews.Business response

Hello, this is **** ******** (owner of Surface Pro). I have been in contact with ******(property manager) and informed him of my warranty policy. I sent him screenshots of the actual policy stating this fact. I do not deal directly with renters as they are not the actual home owner and therefore do not call the shots on work being performed in the home. On my website it clearly states that we do not cover rental properties. I feel it’s pretty straight forward. I do have a email attached to my website through the “contact” function. This is how I receive all my work email leads. I will gladly redo the tub for a fee but not for free.
