    TnC acts as an animal transport service. My dogs were dropped off very ill. I’d been informed that they were left in a kennel outside, overnight, in Missouri weather for 8 hours without being checked on, which resulted in one of them laying in their own fecal matter. Then 5 hours on the way to deliver. Then was informed within an hour of delivery that they would need to be bathed as they were get hot dogs and wet food (after I instructed that they do not have anything aside from their own food due to sensitive stomachs) and are now having diarrhea. Theron did not inform me of the severity of the matter and I paid him $900 on the 29th for delivering my animals. Upon checking on my animals during their bathes, I became very concerned as they were both having bloody diarrhea. We took them to the emergency vet the next day and one was diagnosed with conjunctivitis and what they thought was gastritis. After 48 hours, if they were not well, we were to take them in. This we did, the other was then prescribed with the same medications aside from conjunctivitis and they were concerned about gastritis or possibly even pancreatitis. When I left a review stating all the facts that had been told to me, their 8 hour stay in the kennel, then their 5 hour kennel ride because he was in a rush to drop them off, then the hot dogs and wet food that was given, their inability to follow USDA guidelines (which I looked into), ******** responded hatefully, calling me “liar liar pants on fire”, called me a scammer, and lied about our interactions. They refunded me half of the $900 for vet expenses, but unfortunately that doesn’t cover the costs. If they are unable to safely transport animals, they should not be doing so. They state on their site animals get walks every 3-4 hours. USDA guidelines state they have to be walked/observed every 4 hours. Please look into their “business” as they’re not following USDA guidelines and receive most payments via *****.
