            I hired U bought It ******* Services on the recommendation of a realtor. They were to clear my parents (expired 2 months earlier) 3 bedroom home, auction the contents, and send a check (60%) of proceeds and an itemized list of items auctioned, within 30 days. I paid them$1200 in auction fees up front by check and signed the contract on 12/12/23. They took 9-10 signed artist prints at that time. They returned later on 2 separate occasions to pick up the rest. On February *********************************************** received a check. I was told by office staff that the last of the items were to be auctioned that day and that they had 30 days from then to send check. I gave them till April 1st, then not having received check I began to call. I had to call the owner ************************* who told me he knew exactly what house estate I was talking about and he would check into it and get right back to me. I havent heard from him and now my phone calls are being blocked and so are my texts and their ******** page.

            I cant give a justifiable rating because the stars so 1 out of 5= -5. You do not want to company, you will never hear from them and if you do, it's only because you have to call them from a phone they don't recognize. They broke their end of the contract and they cannot be trusted. If I give someone 500 dollars to come pick up my estate and I don't get answers or results. that can cause a big problem. And now you have a problem that won't go away. You broke your contract! It's that simple. To top it all off you better hold things that mean the most to you or they will be destroyed. I didn't give U Bought It any permission to take stuff out of my house and put it in a dumpster. I had family heirlooms older than your britches and threw that stuff out. For the last 5 months I have it in my head and sickens me that they would destroy things that are not theirs to begin with!?! Anything you have to say now is an excuse. Good trying remove this post.
