      I have called many times and emailed. No response to email. I called in April, May and June. I was told the gun was going to ship back to me on June 21st. The gun was shipped to Macon on July 15th 2022. First installment of $362.50 was paid on 8/24/2022. Second installment was paid on 12/5/22. I was told the gun was finished months ago. No other contact from Macon. I just want my gun back. I don't understand what the problem is. Just ship it back to me. It is paid in full.

      On June 21st the Lady that answers the phone said they would e-mail me the **** tracking number.  No one has notified me with any tracking number. Since they shipped it they would have the Tracking number.  It is now July 6th and no one has provided a tracking number. And the Gun has not been delivered as stated by *****. So where is the Tracking Number?

      I do not believe them please look into this matter.  They have records of shipping a gun for sure.

      I was also told that I must "sign" for delivery of the gun and they would provide the tracking number.  I also find it hard to believe that the gun could arrive here in Northern California today July 6th if it were shipped on monday July 3rd on a holiday week?  It doesn't make sense. It is a 30 hour drive, 1900 miles.   They still have the gun. My next step will be to call ATF and report the gun lost or stolen and ***** was the last people to have the gun.  I do not believe they shipped it.

      On Monday 2023 April 3 I made a purchase for a Remington 1900 buttstock. I spoke with ***** and made the transaction. 2 weeks later I realized I never received any order confirmation or invoice about this order. I called and asked where my order status was since I saw the transaction from my bank account made. ***** stated that the order was canceled because there was insufficient funds in my credit card when I know this wasn’t the case, anyways I changed my mind and decided not to buy the product. Fast forward to May 22nd I see another transaction made for the same amount. I called them and asked why they made this transaction without my consent and ***** apologized and said they’d refund the money. Fast forward a week and a half and I still don’t see any refund. I give them a call and I explained to ***** who I am and she hangs the phone up on me. After calling back 5 times they finally answer again and she tells me she can’t do anything for me because they aren’t open since it’s Saturday. I was NEVER rude to them. I was polite trying to resolve the problem. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I will look for legal actions as to why they ran my credit card without my authorization after about 3 weeks of no contact with them.

      On or about December 26th, 2022, I placed an order for an unfinished ******* *** set for a 12guage shotgun for the price of $243.70. On December 29th, 2022, I contacted Macon Gunstocks via phone to confirm the order was received and was informed there was an issue with my payment method. At that time, I asked that the payment method provided to be tried again and it was successful. On January 5th, 2023, I emailed again to check status of the order and received an email response on January 6th, 2023 asking if I wanted a flat grip or round knob stock and that they were currently out of the flat grip. I responded within 5 minutes and stated that I needed the flat grip. Macon responded about 10 minutes later and stated that they would have to cut the item and it was a 6 week process. I responded within 5 minutes that I could not wait 6 weeks and need to cancel the order and to please process the refund. Since January 6th, 2023, there has been no communication from Macon. I've asked for confirmation of the refund that has come with no response. On January 10th, 2023, I called to discuss the refund request and the technician answered the call. I explained the situation and was advised to reach out via email. I explained that is what I have done and received the response that "I'm not the complaint department..." I then made the comment that I was hoping that they hadn't lived up to the reviews and the technician's response was, "I don't care about the reviews". I wish this to be resolved as soon as possible and not have to have any future dealings with this company in the future. I have all emails and invoices as needed or requested.

      Date of agreement April 15th 2022 . Amount quoted $535.00 with 1/2 down $ 267.50 paid on the same date . Macon gun stock agreed to and I quote ; The shop technician has had a chance to look over your project . The cost for your stock CUT , FIT , SAND , FINISH , CHECKER , and the installing of a GRP CAP and BUTT PLATE would be $ 535.00 . I agreed to the price and sent them my rifle . On June 27th 2022 the balance due was charged to my credit card . When I called and spoke to ***** and asked if they could send me a photo of the finished stock she told me the stock was in there checkering room unfinished and it would be shipped in two weeks and she would provide photos . The stock and rifle was returned to me the last week of August 2022. No photos were ever provide and the condition it arrived in is as follows . The wood fitting to the rifle was marginal at best . The finish on the wood stock was rough to the touch and the grain was not filled in . The stock appeared to only one coat of sealer ? The grp cap was never installed . I requested ***** send me the grip cap or refund the money I was charged for the cap . To date neither has happened . Sincerely : ****** ** *******

      I am rejecting this response because: Attached is the original e-mail from Macon gunstocks dated April 14th 2022 . This e-mail clearly states ups ground shipping included . When I brought up the $35.00 over charge on my credit card ***** she stated she had my account confused with another . The $ 35.00 over charge was returned to m in the form of a check shipped back with my rifle . Now if there were out of grip caps or as ***** states on back order why was my card charged in full ? I was charged $50.00 for a grip cap installed which was never completed . I have been more then patient with Macon gun stocks . Please refund my $50.00 for the service I never received .       I am rejecting this response because: Macon gun stocks charged my credit card $ 50.00 for a grip cap installed . This service was never performed and I was advised in a previous e-mail that they were out of grip caps and then in another e-mail it was my responsibility to supply this part ? Why mail me a grip cap fi it was my responsibility ? It has been one excuse after another with Macon gun stocks . I never received this grip cap there are several business in this building complex using the same address . Also attached is a copy of the cost of a grip cap from Midway supply . If they mailed the grip cap the cost would be $12.00 for the cap leaving $38.00 for grip cap installation. In the interest of resolving this issue I will except a check for the $ 38.00 installation fee .

      I ordered a stock and forearm for my disabled husband a year ago. It was 600.00. When we received it we got the stock and no forearm. They tried to say the post office Stole the forearm. I took all of it to the post office and they said the weight wasn’t right and Sent them a letter. After they filed a complaint with the post office that took 3 months they Said they would replace it. I have probably called them over the year about 50 times and 20 emails still nothing.They always said the weather wasn’t right to stain the fore end. I have The emails where they said they were waiting on the weather. The stock still lays on the bed For over a year waiting. We offered to send the stock back for our money. For the last 3 months they don’t answer the phone anymore when they see it is us.How could an American Treat their fellow Americans that way. If you can help in anyway we would greatly appreciate it. Thank-you ***** ******* said the weight wasn’t right

      We weighed the product we sent him. The package weighed one ounce more than the product. We know we sent the product. They complained so I sent them a new one. They refused to send the gun and I can't fix a gun that is not here.

      ***** ******* we have been fighting these people for over a year. First they said we stole the forearm. Then they said the post office 

      employees stole the forearm, god knows what for. I took the box to the post office and they weighted it and the weight was wrong.

      the post office sent them a nice letter but they stilled filled a lost claim with the post office. In the mean time I am calling every 2 weeks to gethe

      answer that the weather wasn’t right to stain the wood. After one year they sent a fresh cut unstained and no checkering forearm.what are we supposed to do with that.i can send pictures and emails if it will help me get my disabled 600 dollars back.thanks

      the forend we were working on was for a 12g Winchester Model 37. Your gun is a .410g. WE DO NOT HAVE A FITTER FOR A .410g WINCHESTER 37. We have told you that for months now. If you want your forend fitted/finished/checkered; you will need to send YOUR gun to us and we push it right through. Otherwise, find a local gunsmith to do the job for you. The set you bought was a FACTORY TAKE OFF. THE AD READ NOT RETURNABLE AND NOT REFUNDABLE. YOUR HUSBAND HAS WORKED ON THE STOCK AND IS NO LONGER RETURNABLE. YOU HAVE TOLD US YOUR HUSBAND WORKED ON THE STOCK THEREFORE IT IS NOT RETURNABLE.

      The things they are saying is not true.The wife told the husband several times he had the wrong gauge when I called.They are going

      off track. We didn’t get part of the set. We told the husband the first time we called that the stock didn’t fit. He said he was going 

      to send the forearm so go ahead and get it fitted for your gun. If they weren’t going to make it right why do I have many emails

      saying you are waiting on the weather to get right. I talked to the wife as least 20 times with her assuring us the forearm was comimg

      and she would send us a email when they mailed it. I can have all the emails sent to you. They can’t keep ripping people off.

      That is very sad that they took our 600 dollars. They are very unhonest people. The husband and wife need to get their storys

      straight. Please post on website so nobody else gets ripped off.

      Bought a product meant for a gunsmith to install. He did not have the skills to install this and he sent it back to me and I sent him a new one. He doesn't know what he's doing and blames us for the fact that he's not a gunsmith.

      My husband ordered a gun stock to be made from Macon gunstock around two years ago. He passed away 1 year ago I have tried to get the stock from them. I let the know what happened and paid the balance for the stock. I have contacted several times and I am always told it is in fitting and shipping still nothing. I am not sure how to get what was ordered or even get the old one back. We both used this gun for hunting without the stock it is useless. I would like to get some help solving this problem.
