Me and my boyfriend found a listing for a place on Facebook marketplace in Oct 2022 in potosi in for a trailer that was rent to own. We called someone name Eric (we believe)and asked if 1099s were sufficient. He confirmed yes. We submitted the documents, and got a call from someone (we believe her name was *********) She said 1099s were not sufficient, kinda odd considering they were previously. She said bank statements would work. We provided bank statements. Then we get a letter saying "can't verify income" kinda odd considering we gave them exactly what they asked for. We call up there and she says she did indeed get what she requested and she'd review it and call us in a day or two. We heard nothing at all. My boyfriend made a separate complaint on here and Kelly's response was that he was a co-applicant. So now I the actual applicant have to make a complaint. She also said on his complaint that "the application was processed" kinda odd considering we never got that call back we were supposed to receive and the documents provided that was requested were provided. If you look at another complaint on here you'll see similar situations with this company. The letter we received said unable to verify income. Not "insufficient" income. How can you not verify income when you received exactly what you requested. Yet, they kept the 20.00
