Looking for car rental. Was told job would take 4 months, so I have no issue with paying first $4000 rental. The next $3000 I wanted ****** & Weldon Spring to pay for. Then on December 3 had to take truck in again so I am looking for additional $500. I believe 3 motors is bad business Weldon Spring is ******’s authorized dealer. They refused any responsibility.

We suggested to this consumer that he purchase a used vehicle while we worked on this truck. We ended up ordering and installing three motors. We didn't charge him for any additional extras. We told him to contact ****** to inquire whether or not they would assist him with either all or part of a rental. ****** warrants the motors, but at a lesser amount than what we charged, and we ate that amount. I have no control over what ****** will do or won't do for him. We have gone over and above the call for this customer.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I believe this issue is the responsibility of Weldon Spring Auto (who recommended ****** engine) and ****** Engines. Please review documentation. I understand this is a bad situation for both Weldon Spring Auto and ****** Engines but this is part of being in business. Three motors and being told to by a car is not taking responsibility for something that I as a customer should be responsible for? I believe I am not being unreasonable. I have no issue with covering rental for the first four months. (I was told 3 to 4 months)

I do not see a response from Weldon Spring as to how they Satisfied my complain?
