      On June 22,2023 I had a hair appt with **** for Crochet braids. After she did the braids that night my hair started coming down. I paid her $125.00 and a additional $15.00 to support her business for hair products. I called her and I text her that night on the 06/22/2023. She did not return any of my calls or text messages. I went into the shop on 06/23/2023 and I informed her that my braids were coming out and she saw them coming out. She stated that with that type of hair that the braids would come out, so she was well aware that the braids would come down, and she suggested that I come in the following week and she would fix it. On 06/24/2023 I called her , text, and emails. She has not returned any of my correspondence. I would like for her to refund my money back since she did not follow through with what she said she was going to do. I would like to be refunded in the amount of $125.00 or half to get this resolved.

      ****** did come in on June 22, 2023 and an additional $15 was paid because her hair was trimmed.  When she came in with the hair, she ordered on ******, it was not pre-looped and because of this it would easily slip out and I told her that.  I put the hair in and she was not happy with the color of the hair and she wanted the hair cut.  I told her if I cut it, it might slip easier in the back.  She left out and was still concerned about the color of the hair.  She was ok with her service and did make another appointment.  She did come back in on June 23, she said her hair was coming out and I told her that if she ordered some pre-looped hair, I would re-do it.  Another consumer gave her a card about where she purchased her hair on ******.  ****** took the card, thanked the lady and told me she would let me know if she had to buy new hair.  She called back and  said in her voicemail that she stopped pulling on it and she said it is fine now, I will see you on my next appointment.   The hair slipped out because of the hair she bought.

      I am rejecting this response because: She did not inform me the hair would not work. She lied and told me she would redo my hair but would not return my calls to come back for hair to correct the problem. She took my money and never offerred a refund. I want a refund for my hair. The work she did , did not last a day and the people in the shop saw my hair falling on the floor. She says she cares about her customers but this shows she only cares about the money. I want a refund to resolve this.

      A voicemail message from ****** ******* ****, on June 23, 2023 was sent to the BBB where the client herself stated:

      "Since I stopped pulling on the hair, it has stopped coming out. I guess it was a fluke, so I will be fine until my next appointment" These are in ******'s own words. I have attached a copy of the email that was sent in to the BBB with the voice message attached.

      ****** was not happy with the color of the hair she chose to purchase in the first place, and is trying to get a free service. I informed ****** that because of the slick texture of the hair, that could easily slip out.

      In her voice message, she confirms she was pulling on the hair and she stopped pulling on it, and now it is no longer slipping out. I will not issue any refunds. I completed the service ****** requested and even offered to reinstall new hair, if she purchased a different type of hair the following week. ****** called the same evening with the voice message that is attached to this response.

      I have never been, nor will I ever be a liar. By God's grace, ****** left this voice message that incriminates her!
