This company showed up out of no where and preyed on several people in my neighborhood. The owner **** promised more than they delivered. The Estimate was inflated to my insurance. They added and charged for services that were never performed. Thousands of dollars charged for equipment that was never used. They also did the same to my daughter. They have never even finished her job. They did have 1 employee that was awesome and I wrote a review for him and him alone. I believe his name was *****. They left a message ******* ****) stating that they would not be completing her Job until she paid more money. I am more than disgusted with this company.

**** ***** and 1 neighbor out of dozens are now attacking the business after doing work in their home for almost 6 weeks after the summer floods. Her job was contracted and signed by her, not preyed upon or showed up out of nowhere. We were dispatched to another neighbors home for a catastrophic sewage flood on July 26th, 2022 where Mr. and Mrs. ***** invited a crew over desperate for help after the back up in their home. Over the course of days into weeks and over 4 tons of debris removed from their home as well as over 2 foot of human waste. Their basement was already in unliveable conditions and then had a sewage flood that we completely cleaned out top to bottom. Including their daughters home as well. You both signed contracts for the work and payment from insurance. Both parties attempted to keep insurance funds to use for personal purposes after the work was completed. I have text messages from the parties that they were very happy with the work. They couldn’t say enough good things until they realized the bill would not be negotiated for what they felt it was worth in order for them to keep insurance money for personal gain. Both their and their daughters account was settled with *** ***** 10/21/22 (coincidently, today) because he wanted to avoid the litigation. I hope no one ever takes advantage of services from ***** ****** the way you thought you’d be able to do to us. Their estimate was written up by a nation wide program with set standard pricing for the work completed and approved from their insurance company solely on documentation sent from and completed by us. We have dozens more pictures and documentation that I can’t upload but pictures do not do the job justice. It is and was done perfect. We stand by our work.

They are charging us an outrageous amount of money to clean our basement; it took them an extremely long time to finish. We are not convinced that we are free of mold or asbestos. My son pumped all the sewer water out of the basement and this company charged us for it. There was other work they didn't complete: they didn't load the storage pod with things we wanted to keep nor did they unload. We have a copy of the contract which itemizes what they were to do. They didn't remove the tile that goes down to the basement; they only removed a small area of tile instead of the the whole thing. They couldn't get the tiles up. We had three feet of sewer water in the basement. We have never received a copy of the contract that they agreed to provide. We paid them $1000 as a down payment. We used our credit card. We believe that this company is committing fraud. When he adjusted the bill, the amount was the exact amount that the insurance company was going to pay out to us. He also threatened us that if we didn't pay the amount now, that he would charge us $40K. We had a third party come in and give us an estimate on what the clean up would be:

This has been sent to legal to be dealt with because customer is trying to commit insurance fraud to complete their basement and buy a new car. The job Was completed in august 2022, they’ve been approved by their insurance from the documentation we provided of moving the items into the pod, cleaning out 3 feet of sewage water, ripping out damaged contents and the customer is refusing to pay the bill for services already contracted and completed through the summer. Company has lawyers involved for demand. We will not settle on an estimate from a 3rd party 2 months after the work was completed. This company is not even accurate on the work preformed, is only taking the ******** word, and did not even see the pictures of content manipulation. Not even put their company name on the estimate for verification. This will be dealt with through a 3rd party for settlement.

customers son  DID NOT pump out the sewage. Customer DID NOT move contents into the pod. I have 4 employees to attest to this and all documentation. We did not remove the tile floor at this point in time or move contents back into the home because of refusal to pay bill for services already completed months ago. Customer is still under contract and liable. Customer received contract by text message on July 26, 2022 after signing and on October 6th in person. Customer never canceled contract or had a problem with the services completed until 6 weeks after the fact when they realized they wouldn’t have extra insurance money.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:  This is just a fabrication on their part. The company is the one that is committing fraud.  We have added things to the bill that was never done.  We had a professional check the work against the invoice and he said they are trying to charge the elderly three times what it would actually cost. My friend and her husband put our belongings in the POD, and he is trying to take credit for pumping out sewage that my brother pumped out.

      Sincerely,

      ***** ********

I hired MCC Cleaning and Restoration on February 14, 2022 to clean out air ducts as well as clean and restore after a septic tank back up. As of today, June 30, 2022, the job is still incomplete. I over paid for air movers and filters (I paid for 6 and he only brought 5; I paid for 3 filters when there was only 1). The sum of that over charge $608.55. ****, the person MCC Cleaning has sent out, has done a horrible job at repairs of drywall, painting and replacing the baseboards. As of a few weeks ago, June 13, I told him the areas that needed to be addressed. He showed up for an hour or two and just left, again without completing the job or reimbursing me for the overpayment. I am now going to have to pay someone else to come and redo everything he has messed up (poor painting job, broken/poorly installed baseboards) which will be $800 to fix.
