I had a good experience with the company. **** and I believe ******* came out to clean my air ducts and I did add a few more services while they were here. **** did great with explaining everything that would be done and making recommendations of what was needed. He also showed me before and after pictures and I was satisfied.

This company sells Groupons. I got a ******* to have my ducts and dryer vent cleaned with "powerful negative air." Two guys came to my home late and all they did was stick a shop vac down my registers. THAT'S IT and they only did my upstairs ones! They counted my downstairs registers to be cleaned but then didn't touch them. Then they almost left without doing my dryer vent. When they left, I discovered they left ALL of my upstairs register covers off. They're very lucky my 4 year old didn't get hurt on them. They came, the sucked, they tried to talk me into a $1,000 cleaning package and when I said no, they couldn't be bothered with my ******* anymore and they left. I discovered at 3 am the next morning, when I woke up because my house was 58 degrees, that they left my furniture switches off. Don't use these guys. They bait people in with the ******* and then they try to get you to buy a very overpriced maintenance plan. I wish I hadn't even bought the ******* because they **** at their job.

On August 8, 2022, MCC came to my house because I paid through ******* for them to clean my ducts. The Supervisor ***** came first and inspected my house and told me the price for the duct cleaning $556.00. I had a ** Light which helps the ducts. They said it was in the wrong place. That could remove in a place that would be better for me. To move the ** light would be $68.96, they gave me a trade in for my light where their ** light would be $299.00. Altogether it would be $924.96. My Husband passed 2 years ago, He always had our ducts cleaned. I approved. Later a guy named ***** came to do the work. I was be upstairs and then downstairs. I believe ***** done a good job on my ducts. He really jumped one time when I came down stairs, I think He was on the phone. The problem that I have is my ** light. When **** moved my ** light, He drilled a hole in my pipe. He send their Air Conditioner man over He had to change the panel on my thermostat, it still did not work. There is a leak somewhere in my air conditioner that was not there. My air conditioner has not got cold since August 8, 2022. I had my air conditioner inspected on May 19, 2022 by ******** ******* *** *******, they said my air conditioner was fine. It was working good before they done my duct work. **** say He did not do nothing. All I want is my air Conditioner running good, 7 days without air is no good. I am 75.
