      On October 21, 2023 I received a estimate for what I needed to get done to recieve dentures. I got the procedures done and received my dentures in a timely manner. After the first day with them on I was not happy with my upper teeth and went back to have them corrected because they guaranteed satisfaction. They tried to fix it three times but would never update me or call me I had to go in person to try to get an update over the course of 5 months. The doctor decided not to help me anymore and refund me the money of my upper teeth. The office manager told me they would refund me the $1,139.25 that I paid on March 3, 2024. On March 6, ***** I only recieved $787.50. When I went into the office in person they told me it was because they deducted insurance but that is incorrect. The original cost was $1,519.00 and my insurance discount was $379.75 so I needed to be refunded the $1,139.25 that the office manager promised and that I agreed on. They subtracted the discount twice to get the $787.50 that I was refunded which is incorrect and they owe me my remaining $379.75. And the refuse to do it.

      Overall a terrible experience every time. The last 3 appointments I have waiting ***** minutes in the waiting room past my appointment time and I am always about ***** minutes early for my appointment, I then go to the back to wait another ***** minutes to be seen by a doctor. Example 1, I went in for a loose bridge and the (**************) tried pulling it off with a clamping hand tool, was grabbing my gums in the process and gave no numbing medication, I told him to stop 2 different times and he was rude. I told him to get his hands the h*** out of my mouth and get a different doctor or just leave it be and I would go somewhere else. Example 2 - The front desk has no idea how to read a medical chart, I called on 2/2/24 to schedule an appointment for a filling on a tooth that was getting a root canal that they referred out, she asked what tooth it was because she saw nothing noted, I explained this was alarming since they were the ones who wrote the referral sitting right in front of me, they said I was getting work done on 3 teeth which is not true that work was completed in July of 2023. Example 3 - After further looking into the companies policies they are required to have medical release for pregnant woman from their OB-GYN before doing any procedures, Aspen Dental was fully aware I was pregnant I told the front desk, dental assistant and ************** and they still did x-rays, etc without that release. Which I was made aware of after they did this otherwise I would have said something. Example 4 - I called the office nearly 3 weeks ago asking to speak with Dr. ****** who I normally see and seeing if she could do the root canal because I was having a hard time getting into the referral doctor, they stated they would call me back in a few hours, as of 02/02 I still haven't received a call. Last, I told ***** who answers the phone that I was highly dissatisfied with how no one knows what is going on and not getting call back, she told me to get treatment elsewhere.
