***************** was recommended to me after I wanted to get my screened in patio changed to a glass enclosed patio. He came to my home sometime end of 2021 to look over the project. On 2/28/22 he gave me a proposal of $9357.00 to be paid in 2 payments. First half before he started and 2nd half when he finished. He finished May 6, 2022. I paid him in full at that time. Every thing was fine at that time, so I thought. Then we got that extreme weather of 11 inches of rain. I had a total flood at that time into my patio. I called **** and he came out and did a little caulking. Then about 3 days later , we had another small amount of rain. I had another complete flood into my patio. I had 12 beach towels, 4 big bath towels, and about 20 hand towels all over the floor. They were all so soaked I was wringing out tons of water. (pretty much the same for the first flood). Really worse the second go around. I ran fans non stop for 3 days both times to dry every thing out. I called Bill again. I could tell he was really frustrated with me. Told me I was a micro manager. He did come back out and literally slopped more caulk around the outside and added some concrete along the corner outside. Got caulk on the new windows he placed and caulk on my outside bricks. Sloppy, sloppy mess. I have pictures that I am uploading to show. The last day he came out and made the mess, he never said ****** so that I knew he was gone. I called and text him afterward. No response. I have a brother and uncle who both work construction and they said it looks like a 2 year old did the job. My contractor who helped me remodel the house just shook his head. Said he should have laid fine layer of concrete along the bottom to have sealed the area to keep from flooding. I am also sending a pic that **** took early on in the framing that shows you can see my inside carpeting and the corner that needed to be sealed before he finished completing the job.Customer response
