      Bens Moving Company was referred to us by our realtor. We called about two weeks prior to our moving date was given prices and was told they could accommodate us on the date we needed. When the movers showed up, they went over the contract with us again going through all the prices which were exactly the same as what we were told over the phone. The three team group was very professional, courteous, polite, and took good care of all of our furniture and houses. We did not have any damage of any kind with our furniture nor either house ( the one we were moving out of and the one moving into.)I have already referred them to a friend whos getting ready to move and I would continue to refer them. If youre interested in moving they are a great company. Thank you Bens Moving ***

      *** the owner is extremely rude and is not willing to cover damages to our home caused by his employees when they moved our refrigerator into the home. His employees damaged my new hardwood floor in my brand new home when they slid my refrigerator across my floor with a rock scraping and being drug underneath the moving blanket from the outside door all the way to where the space for the refrigerator was, A dolly should have been used in the first place.I obtained 3 quotes for repairs at Bens request. When he was advised of the quote prices he said. I cant afford $2200. I will give you $300. He then stated sue ******** a good day and hung up on me. Its not a big deal to him that his company damaged someones property when they are supposed to be professional and were paid good money because we believed he would make it right and took him at his word which meant nothing. Please use this information and proceed with great caution if you are considering using his moving services. We dont want anyone else to have this experience when they move.

      Hi *******. First, I would like to apologize for the movers being an hour and 10 minutes late. The *** Code for the move appears to be *********** area. Our movers start out from our location in ********** at 8 AM however, there is a large amount of construction this way, which is probably the reason for their delay that morning. Out of respect for the customer our movers are trained to either call the office or to contact the client when they foresee being late. Our office log shows a call was made at 9 oclock to your phone number. Since you were scheduled at 8:30 I assume that was the reason for the call. Racism is something that we have no tolerance for. If you could let me know the employee, I would greatly appreciate it so we can address that situation.

      Unprofessional and made my move that much more stressful. I spoke to *** over the phone and booked my move more than 2 weeks in advance. He said he would call the day before my move to confirm and secure payment. When I did not hear from the company, I called and was told there was no record or booking for my move that was to happen Saturday, the following morning. *** called me and immediately was defensive, blamed me for his mistake saying he has not made one mistake in the 20 years he has been doing this. He told me that he was on vacation and he could move me the following Monday and if I didn't like that, I could call somebody else. I was in tears after that call and was shocked by this man's unprofessionalism and complete lack of responsibility for his error. Using profanity and disrespectful. He did move me on Sunday, but not Saturday as I had everything planned for. He had 2 movers come out for a move that took 2 hours. The move was 1 mile. I paid the amount the employee requested, which is the rate advertised on their website. Now *** has threatened to take me to court for a move he says cost almost $800. The office manager also said after the fact that I was being charged for travel time because I was not a local move although their receipt says they serve my area. My opinion, based on my experience, is that this business is not trustworthy, reliable or responsible.
