Their customer service people do a great job in helping find a complete solution, including any smaller items like cabling kits or accessories that would be useful. It makes setting up towing solutions that are tailor to a specific vehicle very easy!Review from Kevin K

Its been a few years since Ive used E-trailer for parts. Got online Sunday evening and bought parts for my Class A MH. Received email shortly after acknowledging the order and shipping information Sunday night. Received package Tuesday around 11am. Excellent packaging of parts. Superior service. Amazing order, painless, delivered on time. Simple to self install. I would recommend to include or buyers to pre purchase enviro splices for the wire connections to help minimize potential weather issues with standard connectors. Once the install is in progress, kinda makes it hard to stop and go purchase good splices. Overall well Satisfied with order and ease of personal installation . Took about 4 hours start to finish including wire harness and never have done it, supported by 2 ******* videos.Review from Jeff W
