Dont expect them to be on time. I scheduled for between 8am-12pm, truck never showed. I even called at 9:30am to check on which stop I was. I was told stop 3 and the truck should be there anytime since I was early in the line up. At 5 after 12 I called back and was told sorry we had a big mess this morning a truck should be there in a bit! Thanks for the call, that you were not going to make it on time! Is what I was thinking. Some people still have to work and when you take off for a scheduled appointment you would think that a company values their customers enough to make a courtesy call and let them know they are behind. Communication goes a long way for customer **********************, I will not be using Allstar in the future and I dont recommend you do either!Review from Jacki F

I called on a Wednesday before a holiday weekend and had a technician at my home the following day. I thought my septic tank needed to be pumped due to a drain backup in my garage so I scheduled a pump out. Once ***** the serviceman arrived, he looked at it and thought the issue was a blockage between the drain and tank. He called his office and told them someone was needed to snake the line line from the drain to the tank. Brandon was here 2 hours later to snake the line. This is the 2nd time I have used All Star and will not hesitate to call them again if I need their services. Both gentlemen were polite and friendly. They were honest in assessing the problem and did not try to sell me something I did not need. The price I paid for the service received was fair and the wait time was exceptional. Very refreshing way of doing business in 2023! I highly recommend All Star.Review from Jeremy K

1 star is far too many for this terrible company. I made three different appointments for them to come out and look at an issue that we were having with our septic field. All three appointments were no call, no shows after I had to take off work for all three. It is IMPOSSIBLE for anyone at the company to return calls or emails. I decided that I would try to set up one last appointment (I know, shame on me) considering the issues we were having and when they no call, no showed for a fourth time, they said that the ONE GUY they had that works on septic systems was out on medical leave for the foreseeable future. If you are a "septic" company, how the **** do you only have one employee that works on septic systems????? I completely understand that employees are hard to come by these days, especially good/reliable ones, but having one guy that works on septic systems for a septic company might be the worst business model that I have come across. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! They are beyond awful!

This customer had a drainfield issue and we do only have 1 tech that works on drainfields and he was out on unexpected medical. We are sorry for any inconvenience to this customer.
