I bought a vehicle from willard automotive at the beginning of this year. He told me there were no issues with the vehicle and that everything was perfectly fine. When we took it home we noticed a shake to it while driving long trips, we called and he reassured us that that was how the car drives. The shake got worse, we took it to him and he payed to get a coil pack replaced. The shake was still going on, he said we would have to fix it this time . When we took it to a shop they told us that the head gasket was busted, the cylinder wasn't even firing due to an oil leak, the car has been overheating and the sensors were turned off. They also told us the motor was in horrible shape and looked like it had more miles than what was stated in the car. I paid $2600 to fix the problems they stated and there is still a shake. The shop told us he sold me a bad car. I tried calling willard to let them know what the shop was saying and he won't do anything to help the issue. I still don't have my car.Business response

This complaint from ****** I sold her this vehicle Jan. 11 2023 she bought it as is no warranty she returned after a week with a misfire i took it to my mechanic he replaced a coil pack, had not heard from ****** for 6 months she called said it was missing again told her to have it checked by her mechanic i assumed it was another coil pack, then one month later she said a repair shop charged her $3,000 up front to replace head gasket and still has same problem. Again she bought it AS IS her complaint should be with her MechanicCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I called him after a week due to a misfire that he ONE told me that the car drove like that (a couple days after I bought it) and two, when he sold it to me he told me there were no issues. I called again a couple weeks after (I have call logs) and that's when he told me I would have to fix it myself after it was the same misfire that he said he fixed before. He tried to brush me off again and again and I do have proof of all this.

She purchased car Jan 11 she returned it with misfire
I took it to repair shop computer diagnostic scan found cylinder 4 misfire i paid to repair coil pack and plug
did not hear from her again till June since she bought car AS IS NO WARRANTY I told her she needed to take it to her repair shop
she called again in August i was told she went to local repair shop that asked for $3,000 up front to fix it and its worse now than it was
