      I paid $10,400 for teeth that do not fit right. I went back 2 or 3 times and I haven' heard anything from them.  My teeth are too loose and I cant eat anything. I told them I was going to call the BBB and I have not heard back from them since.  This has been going on for at  least 6 months with no response from them to fix my teeth. They should not even be in business.

      Denture fit, suction, and bite are all good.  Patient has a very bad gag reflex and struggles to wear dentures. Patient was last seen on 1/30/23 for his 5th denture adjustment, Dr. *** removed more to try and alleviate gagging. Patient thought this helped and was asked to try it out for a period of time and let us know if it helped. We have not had contact from the patient since this appointment and assumed that the patient was satisfied. We will reach out to the patient to confirm this.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      They took my money and they won't do anything.  Another dentist said the dentures don't fit right.  To me $9,400 is a lot of money and they can at least try.  They want me to put implants in for another large sum of money.  It's terrible that they can take your money and throw you away.  They should have to make them work.  5/15/2023

      I went into their office to have teeth pulled. I got dentures and I paid them $9400. I went to picked up the dentures. I can't wear the dentures and they won't do anything about it. They told me they would take care of me and they haven't.

      I would like to for the business to work on my teeth a little more, because the teeth are still gagging me. The teeth are sticking too far back in my mouth and they are too hard to remove from my mouth.

      Since the previous e-mail, the customer, ******* *****, has been to our office on two different occasions to have his denture adjusted.

      We went into this office. We were quoted $4700 for a full set of dentures. They pulled my wife's teeth and added the temporary dentures and now they are trying to charge us $3200 more. They are claiming now they only quoted us for the temporary.  I called another dentist office and they quoted $650 for a full set of dentures upper and lower.
