My son played basketball for this organization during the spring session. During the spring session there was never a coach assigned to our team. There were multiple practices and games where no coach showed up and *** (the person in charge) would text or call myself and ask me to coach. Since we were already at the game I really did not have a choice. I expressed my concerns about this to the clubs leadership and stated that I did not want to play the summer session. I reached out multiple times and was ignored. I finally got a hold of a person named **** who stated that they would not offer a refund since they said they had a team for my son to be on.I expressed that I did not trust the organization and would prefer a refund. ***, one of the people in charge, even sent out an email stating how bad the spring season was and how unorganized and no coaches. Even after that email admitting how horrible the season was the Mavericks still refused a refund. I feel that our experience was not enjoyable and would prefer a refund since we never went to one practice or game for the summer session I just think that if you admit how bad a season was you would offer a refund for those who did not want to stay after a bad experience
