              This company winterized my irrigation system without me asking, calling or requesting the service. They also intended to overcharge me over 85% more of what other companies charge for the same service!! What's more upsetting is that after I complained they trespassed on my property to start-up the system again without agreeing a date and a time with me after I explicitely asked to be present and supervise the job (because I definitely do not trust them)There are other honest service providers out there to choose from.

              He used our service in ******************************************************************** the spring of 2021 to open his irrigation system. We sent him an email and let him know the date we would be winterizing the system. His wife was actually present while this service occurred and we were not told to not winterize the system. I sent him the **** to which he asked why he was being billed and I stated for winterizing your system. He said he did not ask for it. I told him we would turn the system back on for him-his reply was "fine if that's what you want to do-I'll pay someone else to do it." He wanted to be present for this service but there wasn't a need for that since we only had to access the outside. Our technician went by his house while he was in that area and turned the system back on as he requested. No harm, no foul. As for overcharging him 85%-I don't believe there is anyone out there winterizing irrigation systems for $25. Our price was the same as it was in the Spring. We are very sorry he feels this way. We wish him the best of luck. As a small business owner, we never like to lose a customer and pride ourselves on providing great customer service.
