I called this company regarding an issue I was having with my toilet. A technician came out to our home but never stepped foot in our bathroom, he immediately started trying to sell us a new toilet for over $900.00, which I immediately declined. I am now getting a bill for a service fee of $96..00. The technician was only trying to sell us an over priced toilet, never once did they service anything. Never did they say there was a service fee, until I declined their sales pitch.Business response

We have a signed receipt from the customer on the toilet. It was ordered and we attempted to deliver it but we were denied access. We will be charging the consumer for the diagnostic as we did go out to the site two times.
