Need $28.00 credit for the returned check! I spoke to ******** n the issue was sent directly to their CPAs! I just simply needed to Amend my taxes 1 need to update my bank 2 somne1 has put my SS# n me having a qualified dependant making 75k-112k a year n my return said my it was $114.82! I really dont no y I didnt catch that $1800 on line 15 being a payment instead of return IM ABSOULTLEY SHOCKED I DID THIS! I saw the 1800 bc they owe me 1941 bc of Cor vir!Business response

American Bank regrets we are unable to refund the $28 for the returned check. At account opening our policies and processes are disclosed to our customers along with fees associated with different events. This information would be on the Truth in Savings Disclosure. The incident seems related to an issue the customer had with calculating his tax return and not with any actual balance discrepancies that American Bank would have caused.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:IT WAS NOT MY FAULT IT WAS TURBOTAXES FAULT I DO OWE THEW IRS ANY KING OF MONEY WHAT SO EVER!!!!!!!
Ive have a cople statements yo make! Ive beeb working with Compass Health about geeting my social security n disability! Two weeks ive been approved for my s0cial security n I,m waiting on my disability SINCE IVE GOT one I just need to wasit for the second call ****** ********* @ ************ my SCN#********** & my DCN#**********! THIS MY 1ST BOUNCED CHECK UVE NEVER GIVWEN ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO BOUNCE A CHECK! WHY ARE U BEING SO DIFFICULT! ONE TIMME IS ALL I ASKED JUST ONCE!!

I have two unauthorized charges from **** at $131.98 i did not authorize & i want $28.00 returned check that was not my fault given to me a total $159.98 i want a check mailed to my my house!Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference tocomplaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They have paid me 130.00 I've already sent u a message on the day I got the check from them!

The disputed charges are still under investigation and the timing for REG E is being adhered to. However since the customer's account has been closed and the provisional credit can not be credited to the account a check has being issued directly to the customer.
