I used Fox Creek for my total kitchen remodel and could not be happier. ******** was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and fun throughout the entire process. I love my cabinets and the quality is excellent. They went above and beyond to make this experience pleasant and give me my dream kitchen. I would highly recommend them.

If I could select a 0 star I would for FoxCreek furniture and Woodworks. This has been the most awful experience purchasing custom cabinetry and the work is still not complete! This company was recommended by my GC as he is friends with the owner, they were not my first choice and should have relied on my gut choice. We proceeded with both custom kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and the agreement of work was signed on 11/4/2022. The start of cabinet installation started February 2023 but did not get fully installed at one time. This was a lingering process and installation was not completed until July 2023. In April 2023 I asked about completion of work and that a portion of my cabinets were not done - they realized they missed a custom section and needed time to fix. My entire house is less than 800 sq ft so you can imagine this was not a large or complex project. Once the cabinets were finally installed, there were many scratches, dings and touch up's that needed to happen. They have been out to my house 3 times and this portion is still not completed! I have called over 10 times and the owner, ****, always has a bad attitude and acts as if my business does not matter (they were nice when I signed but not to finish work). Problem is my GC paid them so there is NO urgency for them to finish this project. In the numerous times I have called I always receive an excuse, hurt knee, no specialist to help, someone is on vacation, a death in the family, or they don't have time. I am in manufacturing and have never seen or received this type of treatment for a project that still costs a significant amount of money. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone who wants quality or good service. I will be filing a suit as they were paid for a job and have not completed their scope of work. Worst experience!!!!
