I purchase a *********** 211 Hybrid boat from ***** Powersport on February 28, 2023. It has been almost 7 months since I purchased the boat and I am still waiting on ************ to be delivered that was ordered on February 28th. The dealer received 5 ski poles on August 2nd, but all for were for a 231 Hybrid and did not fit my boat. I am also still waiting on the correct replacement gauge to be shipped. Nautic Start has shipped two replacements and both were incorrect. I have also had a long list of warranty items. It has been almost 7 months since I purchased the boat and all of the issues are not address and I continue to find new issues each time I use the boat. It has been almost impossible for the past 7 months to get an update from *********** on when all of the parts would be delivered. There is not enough room in the description box to list my issues and frustration. I have attached the 70+ emails that I have exchanged with the dealer since purchasing the boat which I believe describe the struggles that I have had and continue to have with my brand new 211 Hybrid. The emails provide a list of issues that existing the day I picked up the boat, to including link to photos. It is also identifies the additional issues that have arose each time the boat is used. The emails also paint a pretty clear picture of how difficult it has been to get any information from *********** on when parts would be shipped. My fear is that I have purchased a lemon boat from a manufacture that is unable or is unwilling to honor their warranty in a timely manor and a manufacture that is not commitment to customer satisfaction. When I purchased the boat I was so excited about everyone at the lake and coast getting to see my awesome boat as I have not seen many *********** boats where we go boating, but that has not been my experience and I regret to say I have not been able to share any positive stories with the people who have asked me about my new boat.

I purchased a brand new 2023 Nautic Star 249XTS boat. The boat is literally falling apart. The storage boxes are dropping down to the bottom of the hall and coming dislodged. They forgot to insulate all of the storage boxes that they advertise can be used as fish boxes or coolers I have only had the boat in my possession in less than 45 days and logos are falling off the side of the boat. It makes a very loud squeaking noise. The deck lids are not able to keep water out of the boxes or storage it has ruined my fishing tackle and my rods and reels , they did not put a drain hole in the anchor bulkhead. Some of the locking boxes won’t lock because they drilled the hole for the lock in the wrong location. This is supposed to be a brand new boat. Now they’re wanting to take it back to the factory split the boat in half and fix it. The problem is the Warranty manager and his manager keep lying and don’t call me back or don’t respond as they promised they will. The warranty manager at the factory is documented stating they know they have major quality control issues on the factory floor. That was not in the brochure or told to me when they were taking my money. Now that they’ve got my money and I have a piece of junk boat. That’s literally falling apart every time it gets on the water, they keep blowing me off. This is unacceptable although boats do not qualify for the lemon law in Florida the medicine in Moss Act does apply. Also, I am a senior citizen that is disabled, and this company is taking advantage of me. There is much more problems than I can list. On this complaint, they should buy the boat back and or put me in another boat. At this point with all their deficiencies and poor workmanship, I don’t have any confidence in them fixing it. One of the reasons are I keep getting lied to that they’re going to call me back, but it never happens. This is more than likely going to end up in court because I don’t see them doing the right thing. Nautic Star boats are not what they used to be. They’ve told me they’re having major quality control issues at the plant but not until they took my money. Did I find that out buyer beware Nautic Star boats in my opinion and anyone who’s seen what’s happening to my boat are junk and not worth the money . There are cracks all over the boat on the interior of the structure. It is not a very well-built boat.

On 31 October 2021, I noticed my 2016 NauticStar Legacy 2302 was taking on water. I attributed the issue to a faulty bilge pump. On 4 January 2022, I took my boat to my local NauticStar dealer for an inspection where three separate cracks were located in the hull. NauticStar sent a representative to look at my boat several days later, and while they were performing their inspection, NauticStar drilled approximately 6 holes in the hull of my boat without my permission, causing even further damage to the hull. NauticStar then stated the cracks were not caused by a manufacturer defect, but have failed to provide any documentation to myself or my insurance company regarding their findings. I then had a marine survey on my boat done which stated the cracks in the hull are due to a manufacturer defect, and but for the defect, the cracks would not have appeared. I would like NauticStar to fix the damage they caused to my boat, which was done without my permission. Furthermore, I would like NauticStar to produce any and all documents related to my vessel inspection. Lastly, I would like NauticStar to provide a detailed list of all warranty claims for Legacy 2302 model boats related to hull cracks, and this is a common issue with this model boat which should be covered under warranty based upon my research. Should NauticStar not be able to fix the damage caused to my boat, I would like to have my hull replaced by NauticStar since they knowingly and without permission caused damage to my boat by drilling holes.
